    Anda biryani is a rice recipe with eggs that is simply delicious and flavourful. This can be a one dish meal. This scrumptious rice is easy to make. We are making it in cooker so it doesn’t take much time. It gets perfect color, texture just like dum biryani. Do try it and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • 2 cups long grain Basamati rice
    • 4 cups Water
    • Boiled Eggs
    • 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • 1 tsp Garam masla
    • Salt
    • Cinnamon
    • 2~3 Bay leaves
    • 3~4 Cloves
    • 4~5 Black peppercorns
    • 2~3 Green cardamom
    • Finely chopped Onion
    • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    • Slit Green chilies
    • Finely chopped Tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
    • 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • 1 tsp Biryani masala
    • 1/2 cup Curd
    • Salt to taste
    • Water
    • Mint leaves
    • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • 1 1/2 cup Water
    • A little Salt
    • Ghee
    Method:
    • Wash rice really good 3-4 times with water and soak for 30 minutes.
    • Heat up oil in a cooker.
    • Give few small slits to the boiled eggs and drop them into oil.
    • Fry well until these get nice golden color from all sides.
    • Sprinkle red chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
    • Transfer the eggs into a dish.
    • In the same oil add cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns, green cardamom and
    fry for few seconds.
    • Add onion and fry until onion gets light golden color.
    • Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and mix well.
    • Add tomatoes and fry until it is cooked well.
    • Add coriander powder, red chili powder, biryani masala and mix well.
    • Add curd and fry everything well together for about 3-4 minutes.
    • Add salt water, mint leaves, coriander leaves and fry together for just about a minute.
    • Place the eggs into the masala base.
    • Drain all the water from soaked rice and add rice into the cooker.
    • Spread it well and add water, sprinkle salt.
    • Add ghee and close the lid.
    • Cook on high heat until 1 whistle.
    • Open the lid mix biryani once carefully.
    • Anda biryani is all ready.
    • While serving garnish with fried onion and serve with onion and a slice of lemon.
