    Paratha is all time favourite to all. If that is cheese paratha then the kids are going to be really really happy. Today we are making this paratha using wheat flour to make it healthier. You also will get lot many tips to make perfect paratha. This paratha turns out nice, cheesy and yummy. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me.     Ingredients:
    • 2 cups Wheat flour
    • Salt to taste
    • Grated Cheese
    • Mixed herbs
    • Chili flakes
    • Garlic powder
    • Black pepper powder
    • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • 4 tbsp Butter
    • 1/2 tsp grated Garlic
    • Chili flakes
    • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • Rice flour
    • Butter
    Method:
    • Take wheat flour in a dish and add salt.
    • Mix well and add a little water at a time to knead soft dough like chapatti dough.
    • Grease a little oil and knead well to make nice and smooth.
    • Transfer the dough into a bowl and spread a little oil on it.
    • Cover and rest the dough for at least 30 minutes.
    • For making cheese stuffing take cheese, mixed herbs, chili flakes, garlic powder, black pepper
    powder in a bowl and mix everything well together.
    • You can use fresh grated garlic in place of garlic powder and finely chopped veggies if you
    want.
    • Add coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
    • For making garlic butter take butter in a bowl and add garlic, chili flakes, coriander leaves.
    • Mix well and garlic butter is ready.
    • Take the dough and knead it once to make smooth and even.
    • Take a small dough ball and make it smooth and even.
    • Dip the dough ball into dry rice flour and make small disc with hands.
    • It should be a little thick at the center and a little thin at the edges.
    • Fill in the stuffing and close it up.
    • Again dip the ball into dry flour and roll into paratha.
    • Heat up a skillet on medium heat and transfer the paratha on it.
    • Roast the paratha a little from lower side and flip it over.
    • Spread butter on upper side and roast well.
    • Flip over and spread butter on other side too.
    • When paratha is almost ready spread garlic butter and roast well from both sides.
    • Take the paratha off intoa dish and cheesy garlic paratha is all ready.
    • You can make 4 parathas form 2 cups wheat flour.
