The giant bird that lives ontop of a giant tree theory is interesthing. Keeping in mind that Oda likes to forshadow things, there have been giant birds that live ontop of giant trees before in One Piece. Chooper spent his 2year time skip there, where he help make peace between a race of giant birds and a kindom of men that had surprisingly advance medical science.
at the beginning of one piece luffy is taken away by a giant bird to orange town, so it would be quite fitting having a giant sky king bird do the same near the end of the story

Maybe even Robin's flying climate scientists island and Chopper's giant tree island. But I highly doubt that Ussops carnivorous island and Brooks island will be somewhat relevant again.
I know it was filler, but I’m pretty sure there was a filler arc early on where Luffy could communicate to a big dragon or bird that was sick. I don’t remember much of it but this definitely reminded me of it
Luffy's father was in the egg, he's actually a dragon but we just get to see him in his human form. Both have been seen using wind-powers, and it's basically in his name already. I know this is wrong on so many levels but it would be kinda cool.

I wanna throw out that Wyper using a Reject dial on Enel/ "God" is an obvious metaphor for him rejecting a false God, which if you think, is a microcosm for the entire story in the way of rejecting and displacing the Celestial Dragons to achieve peace for, in Wypers case, the Skypeans, whereas the latter comparison would free "our" world and achieve peace for the land and sea dwellers
Then only it has to make sense with who were Lunarians/Skypeans/God's people that were previously living atop of the Red Line later replaced by Celestial Dragons.?
@@shikharmishra8181 Lunarians aside, Oda Sensei himself has stated repeatedly that Skypeia is the most important arc in the series. And I think it has to do entirely with my microcosm statement. Keep in mind, at the time, we knew nothing about the Celestial Dragons or their impact on the world, the story evolved to use the Skypeia arc as a basis for its entire narrative.

I am also curious about the egg-like structure that is on the island where Luffy trained with Rayliegh for 2 years. Rayliegh said no creature will even go near it. I feel that this too is important, and Luffy's reaction of just looking at it is puzzling.
There is still sooo much left unseen/unexplained, I don't think after all this masterful writing that Oda would wrap it up quickly. I think we are gonna have at the very least 3 more arcs

I always liked to believe that the egg was from a species that the Celestial Dragons wiped out. Assuming they find the One Piece before the great war. It would be really awesome if they found the creature, fought it, then it became an ally for the final battle. I want it to be really powerful and see all of the Straw Hats contribute a little.
I had a theory before that the one piece is a living sea devil. If you check the beginning of the story where they explain devil fruits,it is said that devil fruits were created by sea devils and they never expanded upon what a sea devil even is. I know it’s really a far stretch but i think the one piece might be the last living sea devil

It is possible, but I don't believe they were pirates. The World Government was only established after the destruction of the Ancient Kingdom, and so was the concept of pirates. It wouldn't make sense for them to be pirates, since pirates wouldn't have existed back then. Maybe they were just allies of Joy Boy at the time?
Here's a thought... the Ark Maxim was powered by Enel's lightning, so it would make a lot of sense if the bird in the giant egg is able to generate or control lightning too.
Fun fact: The One Piece mangas rating on MAL keeps rising and at the pace it is going it will overtake SBR in about 1 year (if Wano ramps up the heat even further it may happen even earlier).
Also the reason why it hasn't hatched could mean it's too weak to do so. Something that could happen is that it sucks haki to grow stronger which Gol. D Roger provided making him sick. Like how Enma sucks Zoros Haki and if he uses her for too long he could die. And how he got closer to the one piece the egg probably sucked more out of him to ‘prepare’ for battle. But because he wasn't JoyBoy it left him and the people around him getting sick, and to keep everyone safe from the bird shanks decided to keep it on the world tree. Also when Roger was fighting with Shiki, Roger could have used observation Haki to communicate with the egg in a way since he is part of the D clan. And despite Roger not being Poseidon he can hear the voices of the sea beast like Luffy with Zunesha.
Interesting Theory and awesome video, thanks for that! I would like to add a little to the theory. Since the theme in Skypia and the Shandorans were pretty much based on the mayan culture, could it be that in the egg was a giant feathered serpent (Quezacoatl Style) able to fly? I mean, we saw a lot of giant snakes there (and in the flashback), what about an incarnation of Nora' ancestor?
Maybe it's a massive thunder bird, or something inspired by that myth. It fits with the native american theme of the Shandians. It would also explain why the maxim is a huge electrical conduit, and why it kind of looks "modded" with the propellers to accommodate Enel's use of it. Maybe the arc was meant to channel the bird's lightning into some massively destructive attack.
Interesting, just one point I don't believe Enel would found the plan to build a ship we could consider a ancient weapon. He probably found the ship and force the skypiean to retrofit it to make it work with his power. But it could make sense if what he build wasn't the ancient weapon but a tinier version that he could move with his power because the original would need the conductor and the carriage as you said. By the way Birka in our world is tie with viking history and birkan in one piece are know to be strong warrior this could implied a link with Elbaf and how he could find the plan if we assume that the giant were the clan mention by the sea king when they talked about reparing the noah...
Could be true , because even his ship that was build on skypiea is already so good, it's a literall boat/plane/spaceship. So enel building a battleship that might not be an ancient weapon itself, but possessing a power that can rival that of ancient weapons, is not that big of a stretch
also i thought the ship ran on electricity and luffy can grab lightning it was also in this skypiea arc that he couldn't think of a move to call his attack and didn't attack ( may also be nothing tho ) another thing is i believe joyboy is the second leader of the sea kings not only because he was born in a distance sea ( east blue ) but other reasons
That's a great way to put it all together. On rewatching recently I did have a thought about Enel and the fact that he practically if not literally built an ancient weapon. This does seem really solid and would be a great way for Oda to tie it all together.
I always felt like there had to be much more to Aisa, based on what we see with her and her mantra/haki's significance. That there's no way she's just going to be left as is, without any reappearance, so I actually love this theory. It finally ties in what made so much sense to me in the past, but I honestly hadn't even considered it being related to the voice of all things/ancient weapons, or at least connected to Shirahoshi/Momo in some way. Though honestly she very well could have simply been a plot device to show what Mantra is capable of, as well as giving narration to what's happening on Skypiea at the time. But I really don't think that's all there is to it personally, and we all know Oda better than that by now. Would be amazing if this theory is true though, in some way or another, can't wait to see.

Like how many are there, the different types, what they are about in general, which ones the straw hats found, what they are about, which informations are missing as they only have a part of what they are about etc. How many there are to be found. It has been mentioned at Whole Cake Island´s library. Dozens of grey poneglyphs but 9 have relevant information and four road poneglyphs. The straw hats two road poneglyphs (Zou and Whole Cake Island) and a few grey poneglyphs. It is said Kaido has another road poneglyph (has not been shown yet) and the last road poneglyph is lost. You need the road poneglyphs to locate the last island Laugh Tale. The grey poneglyphs with relevant information are needed to understand history (what happened at the void century ? Who lived at Laugh Tale back then ? Is there a hightech city on the moon or not ? etc.).

I love this theory And i raise an addition. Nami is the 3rd carrier of the ancient weapon uranus. If u dig into the theory of nami being an ancient weapon, its actually amazing. We all know how much connection she has to the sky, the world and the weather. Even when they were on skypia, she seemed to fit in and immediatly knew how to ride the thing. Keep in mind that we still dont know where she is from or what happened to her. Oda definetly has something planned for her.
My first theory many many years ago, when we first saw the egg and that we knew that dragons were ancient creatures that got extinct. I knew it has to be a dragon. But after watching the latest Wano and knowing that dragons have the ability to conjure clouds and can pull islands. It's very much promising that the sky island has to be brought together along with the other ally kingdoms to form the ancient kingdom. But why couldn't Roger do it and why did him and Oden said to wait for 20 years? It's the same drain to grow up and reach his prime to do the job and and make the new joyboy can bring all the kingdoms together at the same time, when as he breaks down the red line.
I think Aisa is not quite like the others due to her age, momo is a kid but only so because tokis ability sent him 20 years into the future. Roger kept saying how he was too early, i think if this is the case all soverigns or conductors should be born at around the same time so all ancient weapons can be access simultaneously to do something
That tree part that connects the sky islands and elbaf actually makes sense. Also elbaf being red hair pirates territory as well, considering shanks daughter has wings like the sky people. 🤯
I also think that Uranus could be linked to (or be) the thing that came out of Roger's egg... It could be a Griffin (hence why Shanks called it his sword Gryphon or Griffon depending on the translations. I mean Roger and Rouge gave the same name as Roger's sword to their son) If the egg traveled a long time on the Oro Jackson, the Roger pirates could very well have "tamed" it once it hatched out. The Griffin would be close to Shanks.
Don't forget that Nami has insane knowledge of the weather and she uses a technique called weather egg which, you guessed it, allows her to change the weather!
I agree with the first two parts, but I believe Luffy is the conductor, the egg's spawn is the carriage and the people are the cavalry, we have seen that just like Shirhoshi can command the Sea Kings to follow her, Luffy has the innate ability ( as pointed out by Mihawk) to draw people in to follow him, making them the cavalry. Then again your idea is really cool, and I actually like it better, great vid Manu.
Vivi is Uranus. Alabasta and Skypeia together make up the Sky Kingdom. Vivi is the royal bloodline that goes back to the Ancient Kingdom and desired to exist apart from the Mariejoie. *Vivi and Momo are looking glass opposites.* Both traveled with the Straw Hats for a significant period of time forming strong bonds and alliance. And Vivi has frequently been shown to have bird affinity--from Karoo to cover pages. She is the sky version of Momo. Roger's egg was possibly a sky king. We have already seen a race of great birds on the Island of Torino where Chopper spent his time skip. Everything regarding Uranus is already laid out like Chekov's gun. It only requires a little connection within story. When timely, the Kingdoms will rally to Luffy (Joyboy's) leadership. Sky Kingdom=Alabasta, Skypeia, bird people, birds, sky kings. Sea Kingdom=Fishman Island, Sabaody, Fishmen, fish, sea kings. Land Kingdom=Wano, Zou, beast men (Mink), creatures, and land kings (mammoths and oni).
I really like this theory, my only thing is Aisa. Momo and Shirahoshi had huge involvements in their arcs and the following arcs. Momo's been in Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Zou, and Wano. Shirahoshi has been in Fishman Island, and played an extremely pivotal role in that arc, and then again in reverie, and is explicitly stated to be Poseidon. Aisa was in one arc, and hasn't been mentioned since. So I don't think its very likely for her to be an ancient weapon. I think it's a lot more likely that the ancient weapons aren't necessarily the same, and that pluton is simply a super powerful ship. Uranus however could be something relating to the sky, as Ouranos literally means sky so its very possible it's relating somehow to sky island. I just don't think Aisa is the person wielding that power. Also, if the ancient weapon ability is passed down genetically, why is it that Oden didn't have the ability to speak using the voice like Luffy (via communicating to momo and the heart pirates in chapter 1015) and Momo are? I think it's possible that it skips generations, or can only be used by certain people in certain generations, but it feels oddly coincidental if that's the case. All of these things coming all at once in the story, if that's the case its a gamble I don't think Oda would write.
Roger get to know about shirahoshi’s birth from poneglyph and laugh tale need at least one ancient weapon to break red line. Roger also knew about pluton from Tom shipwright. He could have change the world but he was sick. So, instead of bringing those weapons to laugh tale which he could have done easily, he entrusted shanks to get nika fruit to ace. He believed ace would fulfill his dreams in 20 years. (Another guesswork done)
Roger said he was too early, well 20 years early. What if thats because the egg would take either 20 years to hatch or 20 years for whatever is in the egg to mature enough.
The blueprints are for the antipluton, Noah is there to transport Fishman not a weapon whatsoever, I don't see why the carriage C is necessary, but I totally agree with the other 2 C's! And I LOVED the Aisa connection to Shirahoshi and Momonoske! Great video, great fun! Keep it up bro!

I believe the egg based more on a Thunder Bird. From Native American Mythology. It specifically has the power to control the weather and summon storms.
My theory is that Nami will be the conductor of Uranus. Remember in Romance Dawn. There was a character who looks like Nami but has blue hair. She has a bird and she said that that bird was her only treasure. Not only that, it has been with her since she was a kid and she can ride the bird as well. I think we all know that Oda wants to put Nami as the heroine in the One Piece World. So he thought he might as well put Nami with a big role other than being the Ship's Navigator. She will Navigate the URANUS. If you have to think about it, we never knew the real background of Nami. I know Aisa has Haki and has great skills, but she has never been mentioned anymore at all or given screen time even until the present. Maybe Aisa and all the Skypeian people will help out soon during the great war between the World Government. But Nami will be the person who can navigate and conduct Uranus soon. At least that's my theory. Shirahoshi even told Nami that they have met before. So, 800 years ago perhaps??? MAN!! THE HYPEEEE IS REAL!!! Hahaha
Another thing to keep in mind, maybe it's the Ziz, Behemoth, and Leviathan. Where there's Zhunesha as the Behemoth, some massive Sea King that's the Leviathan, the mother of Sea Kings if you will, and the Ziz is sorta like a phoenix and reincarnates, with the recent one being the egg on the oro jackson.
Absolutely agree with this theory. Taking it a step further... I believe Joyboy is the key to these three weapons. Each of the 3 weapons needs 3 components, and the 3 cavalries may all need something special to operate each weapon. Something like laughter in your heart, or eternal hope - something only Joyboy can provide even in the most dire of circumstances. I feel this is why Joyboy is so deeply connected with each weapon - why there is a promise to Shirahoshi, and why Zunesha immediately perked up when they sensed Joyboy, and probably another connection we don't yet know about with Uranus. I think Luffy is the master key to changing the world, and why Joyboy is so tightly tied to Bringing the Dawn.

I think it’s possible that tree could be the illusion tree that devil fruits come from (the one mentioned in the original one piece one shots) and that Loki is actually Utgard Loki who has the ability to make illusions by manifesting them as something else. He challenged original Loki to an eating competition by making his opponent be the manifestation of wildfire that consumes everything. Which reminds me of aces power.
The thunderbird from native American mithology is also capable of controlling the weather, and has a thunder related theme, just like Enel's fruit. Besides thunder in Japanese is Kami, which is also the word used for god (Kami Sama), which actually was Enel's title and DF 🤷🏻♂️
I guess the Ancient Weapons MIGHT have something to do with Leviathan, Behemoth, and Ziz. Giant monsters of the Sea, Land, and Sky. They follow the same pattern. They're also the partial inspiration behind Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza from Pokemon.
It's a dragon egg. Dragons bodies can be eaten to give you immortality but only if you keep eating it. The reason we see Imu go down into a freezer is because the Celestial Dragons have the last remaining dragons body kept fresh in there and is what the Celestial Dragons refer to as the National Treasure. (This is also what Doflamingo meant when he said "it's going to rot") Roger and his crew also know that this dragon could be used to cure his deadly disease but it can't be used until it's hatched. When Roger and his crew arrive at the last island they find thousands more Dragon Eggs, but still none that have hatched yet. This is why they said that they got there early and also why they call it Laughtale because after all their work to get there, it was ironic that they had exactly what they needed but we're too early to make any use of it. My theory is that the giant egg is a giant snail since all the ancient weapons have been about connections to others Shirahoshis connection to sea beast And Pluton is a ship that’s connections to others The main connections we’ve seen people contact each other is with snails and in wano we learn about the hierarchy of snails and how larger snails can connect to smaller snails so the large egg can be the birth of giant snail This would also work since the gorosei have shown how information is threading to the world and it’s gonna be very problematic when a group of people have access to say anything to the world
The Ark Maxim can only be used by Enel, who has the power of lightning. Even if a big-ass bird would pull the Maxim would do anything since its powers are producing clouds which can be manipulated and weaponized by Enel. So that child without that specific devil fruit has no real power to use the Ark Maxim. Furthermore Enel could use it without a bird. Even if Enel modified the palns I doubt he would nerf its powers, so if the Ark Maxim would work as you describe has to be weaker compared to what we have seen in the manga/anime.
Idk why but I feel Zeus will end up with that fruit. He's now in Nami's climatact and said the only way to free himself is with Big Mom's power.Oda also said in SBS he would give Enel's fruit to Nami. I can see BB trying to steal it for his crew and Zeus getting it instead.
I think the whole carriage part of this is a misdirection. Noah is an escape ship, large enough to transport all of the fishmen to the dawn, but it has no weapons and only needs the Sea Kings because of it's excessive size and mass. Noah likely cannot float and thus needed Poseidon to rescue everyone (why it can't be destroyed, as it hasn't served its purpose yet). The ship, Pluton, is likely ALSO a misdirection. I first thought it was put on Zunesha's back like a war elephant, but if it can do that there's no reason for it to be on Zunesha in the first place. I believe the Pluton blueprints make the ship that the World Government built to DEFEAT the ancient kingdom, and ultimately named Pluton because it was superior to the true Pluton itself. And Zunesha started walking in punishment at the end of the void century and likely resided in Wano before his exile, meaning the poneglyph may just be out of date but STILL referenced Zoa as the weapon. I like the idea that the egg is for a dragon which will grow to become Uranus, as a carriage couldn't apply to a dragon OR a bird. Flying is the embodiment of freedom, both in our world and in One Piece, and having a creature both rule the sky AND haul around a carriage seem like opposites, as a carriage would weigh it down. More important is to look where the road poneglyphs are. One is on Zunesha, one was next to the Noah, one is with BM, and the last was with Kaido (allegedly). 2/4 are at the SAME location as the ancient weapons, and that cannot be a coincidence. My bet is Kaido took his from the sky, since unlike everyone else with a poneglyph, we've actually seen Kaido on a sky island before.
Actually pluton is very interesting. I think the reason ancient kingdom lost to wg was because pluton fell to the hands of wg. And that was because of alabasta. There's a theory about it, that alabasta is a traitor. When vivi's dad said that the royal family protect the poneglyph about pluton from generation to generation, robin's reaction was like mocking him. So if they are not protecting, maybe the are hiding it all this time. And the reason why the royal family doesnt want to move to marijoia might be because of pluton. Do they feel bad for the ancoent kingdom that they betrayed so they refused to live like celestial dragon, or what? And zunesha might be helping them too so the king punished it.
Going off the idea that Uranus is on elbaf and at the top of the giant tree, I think that usopp would be a great candidate for Uranus, he's always had a strong connection with the Giants of the one piece world, he wants to become a strong warrior which is what elbaf giants are kinda centred around, his dad is a commander of shanks' crew and so resides on elbaf, he's really overdue a powerup, he could possibly sense the bird when/if he powers up his observation haki, and the sky would be the perfect place for him to snipe from, there's probably more better points but those are just the ones I can think of from the top of my head
Well theres' a big difference there. Momo and Shirahoshi's ability to hear the voice of all things are directly compared to Luffy's. While neither Luffy nor Aysa heard the voice of all things in Skypea. Instead, she was just shown to have a powerful observation Haki, just like Coby during the Marineford War. She was most likely a way to trigger the horrors of violence against both the Shandorians and the Sky People; a character who would personify the pain of war. Again, just like Coby. Aysa's role in the story, in my view, is to unite both societies who have been at war against each other since Shandora ended up in the sky. I don't really see a link between her and Uranus but we know Oda probably wasn't planning on much of this that soon. So I guess he can recap whichever way he sees fit and Skypea was the only arc that took place in the sky so I understand where Ohara is coming from.
it could be that there wasnt the right catalyst for them in skypeia. luffy can only hear animals not ponelgyphs like roger could. momo and shirahoshi are limited to the sea kings and zunesha as well. assuming unranus also is creature nothing like that was present on skypeia during that time for aisa or luffy to react too. not saying this is right, i agree with your view on her role but there is an way for oda to explain it.
maybe this is crazy theory but what if the gorosei or 5 most important members of Tenryūbito had per one mythical zoan of dragon and they were stored in god valley , and big mom stolen one of them and give to kaidou , that would explain technical name of celestial dragons , bcs in chinese mytology there are 5 dragons , one of them is kaidou azure dragon ,but there are still others 4
It would explain how Big Mom found Kaido’s Devil Fruit then. Maybe other people their took the fruits for their own? Maybe Garp had one and gave it to Dragon? I could see the reason for the God Valley fight was for these Devil Fruits?

Makes me wonder if in the end Roger left the egg on Laughtale somewhere along with either his ship or simply taking the egg off and putting it there. Also the egg looks like it could be a massive dragon egg...mostly because the only thing that could actually lay it. Also there are still dragons in the world of one piece, they are just stupidly rare or hide very well like they did on a special island...but these are ancient dragons, far bigger and far stronger than any others.

I agree on the so called ancient weapons having multiple parts. Although i do not think that they are weapons to begin with but more likey 3 projects. The biggest question is what where they used for. There could even be an additional C namely cargo. For Poseidon the fishmen could be the Cargo. Pluton might actually turn out to be Conducter = Momo, Carriage = Noah, Cavalry = Zunesha and Cargo = An ancient giant cyborg. There is plenty of foreshadowing that connects cyborgs and giant ships in the story first one was Krieg and the Dreadnaught Saber but Franky is the most obvious one. Later in Thriller Bark Oda put ancient giants in the mix and in Wano we get all these themes together. Then again Oars was also used by Moria as a carriage. So maybe the Ancient giant cyborg is the carriage itself. Franky vs Funkfreed could be foreshadowing what Zunesha's crime is. Zunesha committed dereliction of duty because he was afraid. For Uranus i think Luffy might be the conductor (he has the voice of all things) the carriage is a rocket and the cavalry is in that egg on the Oro Jackson im going for a bird. However i think Uranus has one more part an artificial moon. The rocket is what Roger and crew laughed at since in their eyes it was a giant phallic shaped object that is ment to fly into Uranus (the moon part).
Man i said a while ago this egg was actually on God Valley and its actually taken from the filler chapters where they rescue a dragon and get it back to war island as it only shows every 1000 years but this island has real dragons and the celestial dragons refer the dragons to gods as well. so it fits in that Roger while defeating Rocks he went there for the egg. and i kinda think there will be something to control the dragon like in Oda's one shot monsters there is a horn that calls the dragon maybe theres something that can control it.
We all know Oda loves using reference from mythologies all over the world. Uranus is the equivalent of Caelus in Roman Myth and the Mithraic Cult (roman cult ) depicted Caelus as an eagle that wields the spear of heaven.

I think the 3 weapons are as simple as A giant ship Power of the sea(sea kings) And either somthing sky related or simply a captain like joy boy The 3 together make a ship so large that sea kings need to pull it and has the power to erase islands with a captain able to direct the whole thing
Do the conductors perhaps represent the types of Haki? Shirahoshi for Conqueror Haki, commands the seakings, Momonosuke for Armament Haki, because of his destructive capabilities and Aisa for Observation Haki, not only because of her extremely strong haki, but also themed from a flying ship that observes everything from the sky maybe?
the only small issue with this is, that during the void century, the shandorans wouldn't have represented the sky, since they were shot up way later down the line. Shandora was firmly planted in the sea at that time. also, if the arc maxim needed a bird/creature to be used, how come enel was able to just use it? so either the thing in the egg also has electrical powers to run the arc. but then it'd be pretty weird that the mythological creature and the conductor could just be replaced by some dude that happens to have the right devilfruit.
The Shandians always represented the sky, they came from the moon and literally have wings. Also Vander Decken was able to move Noah with his DF too. Maybe in the void century DFs weren't a big thing yet or quite rare, so the ancient kingdom didn't take that into account.

Pluton was built in Water 7, which means that Zunisha would have been there to pull it to Wano in the past. Which means either that the Red Line wasn`t there or Zunisha climbed over it? Or dived under it? Also, it would make sense if Zunisha (and the conductor) would be shown on the blueprints, but Franky didn`t mention anything like that when he saw Zou for the first time. Besides, I don`t see why fishmen need Noah to relocate to the surface. They are the last race to need a ship to travel through water. The Ark Noah`s purpose was to protect land animals and humans from the flood. If another flood happens (which was hinted by the Gorousei during the Reverie), people need giant ships to survive. Zunisha itself is probably about the size of the Noah, so it could pull another ship, but why? It already is a ship itself, carrying an entire nation.
Pluton's attack power are the minks that lay on top of it, while the sea kings powers are the sea beasts. and the maps to pluton by franky are plutons armour.

The giant bird that lives ontop of a giant tree theory is interesthing. Keeping in mind that Oda likes to forshadow things, there have been giant birds that live ontop of giant trees before in One Piece.
Chooper spent his 2year time skip there, where he help make peace between a race of giant birds and a kindom of men that had surprisingly advance medical science.

I always liked to believe that the egg was from a species that the Celestial Dragons wiped out. Assuming they find the One Piece before the great war. It would be really awesome if they found the creature, fought it, then it became an ally for the final battle. I want it to be really powerful and see all of the Straw Hats contribute a little.
I had a theory before that the one piece is a living sea devil. If you check the beginning of the story where they explain devil fruits,it is said that devil fruits were created by sea devils and they never expanded upon what a sea devil even is. I know it’s really a far stretch but i think the one piece might be the last living sea devil

The three ancient weapons were actually three great pirates from 800 years ago who were partner of joyboy 1) Poseidon was mermaid queen a pirate from under the water and captain of Noah 2) momonosuke will be captain of pluton the warship from 800 years ago 3) Uranus was someone/something from sky island all back in void century

It is possible, but I don't believe they were pirates. The World Government was only established after the destruction of the Ancient Kingdom, and so was the concept of pirates. It wouldn't make sense for them to be pirates, since pirates wouldn't have existed back then. Maybe they were just allies of Joy Boy at the time?

Here's a thought... the Ark Maxim was powered by Enel's lightning, so it would make a lot of sense if the bird in the giant egg is able to generate or control lightning too.

Also the reason why it hasn't hatched could mean it's too weak to do so. Something that could happen is that it sucks haki to grow stronger which Gol. D Roger provided making him sick. Like how Enma sucks Zoros Haki and if he uses her for too long he could die. And how he got closer to the one piece the egg probably sucked more out of him to ‘prepare’ for battle. But because he wasn't JoyBoy it left him and the people around him getting sick, and to keep everyone safe from the bird shanks decided to keep it on the world tree.
Also when Roger was fighting with Shiki, Roger could have used observation Haki to communicate with the egg in a way since he is part of the D clan. And despite Roger not being Poseidon he can hear the voices of the sea beast like Luffy with Zunesha.
Interesting Theory and awesome video, thanks for that! I would like to add a little to the theory. Since the theme in Skypia and the Shandorans were pretty much based on the mayan culture, could it be that in the egg was a giant feathered serpent (Quezacoatl Style) able to fly? I mean, we saw a lot of giant snakes there (and in the flashback), what about an incarnation of Nora' ancestor?
Maybe it's a massive thunder bird, or something inspired by that myth. It fits with the native american theme of the Shandians. It would also explain why the maxim is a huge electrical conduit, and why it kind of looks "modded" with the propellers to accommodate Enel's use of it. Maybe the arc was meant to channel the bird's lightning into some massively destructive attack.
Interesting, just one point I don't believe Enel would found the plan to build a ship we could consider a ancient weapon. He probably found the ship and force the skypiean to retrofit it to make it work with his power.
But it could make sense if what he build wasn't the ancient weapon but a tinier version that he could move with his power because the original would need the conductor and the carriage as you said.
By the way Birka in our world is tie with viking history and birkan in one piece are know to be strong warrior this could implied a link with Elbaf and how he could find the plan if we assume that the giant were the clan mention by the sea king when they talked about reparing the noah...

On rewatching recently I did have a thought about Enel and the fact that he practically if not literally built an ancient weapon.
This does seem really solid and would be a great way for Oda to tie it all together.

I always felt like there had to be much more to Aisa, based on what we see with her and her mantra/haki's significance. That there's no way she's just going to be left as is, without any reappearance, so I actually love this theory. It finally ties in what made so much sense to me in the past, but I honestly hadn't even considered it being related to the voice of all things/ancient weapons, or at least connected to Shirahoshi/Momo in some way.
Though honestly she very well could have simply been a plot device to show what Mantra is capable of, as well as giving narration to what's happening on Skypiea at the time. But I really don't think that's all there is to it personally, and we all know Oda better than that by now. Would be amazing if this theory is true though, in some way or another, can't wait to see.

It has been mentioned at Whole Cake Island´s library. Dozens of grey poneglyphs but 9 have relevant information and four road poneglyphs. The straw hats two road poneglyphs (Zou and Whole Cake Island) and a few grey poneglyphs. It is said Kaido has another road poneglyph (has not been shown yet) and the last road poneglyph is lost.
You need the road poneglyphs to locate the last island Laugh Tale. The grey poneglyphs with relevant information are needed to understand history (what happened at the void century ? Who lived at Laugh Tale back then ? Is there a hightech city on the moon or not ? etc.).

My first theory many many years ago, when we first saw the egg and that we knew that dragons were ancient creatures that got extinct. I knew it has to be a dragon.
But after watching the latest Wano and knowing that dragons have the ability to conjure clouds and can pull islands. It's very much promising that the sky island has to be brought together along with the other ally kingdoms to form the ancient kingdom.
But why couldn't Roger do it and why did him and Oden said to wait for 20 years?
It's the same drain to grow up and reach his prime to do the job and and make the new joyboy can bring all the kingdoms together at the same time, when as he breaks down the red line.
I think Aisa is not quite like the others due to her age, momo is a kid but only so because tokis ability sent him 20 years into the future. It could be a Griffin (hence why Shanks called it his sword Gryphon or Griffon depending on the translations. I mean Roger and Rouge gave the same name as Roger's sword to their son)
If the egg traveled a long time on the Oro Jackson, the Roger pirates could very well have "tamed" it once it hatched out. The Griffin would be close to Shanks.

I agree with the first two parts, but I believe Luffy is the conductor, the egg's spawn is the carriage and the people are the cavalry, we have seen that just like Shirhoshi can command the Sea Kings to follow her, Luffy has the innate ability ( as pointed out by Mihawk) to draw people in to follow him, making them the cavalry. Vivi is the royal bloodline that goes back to the Ancient Kingdom and desired to exist apart from the Mariejoie. *Vivi and Momo are looking glass opposites.* Both traveled with the Straw Hats for a significant period of time forming strong bonds and alliance. And Vivi has frequently been shown to have bird affinity--from Karoo to cover pages. She is the sky version of Momo.
Roger's egg was possibly a sky king. We have already seen a race of great birds on the Island of Torino where Chopper spent his time skip. Everything regarding Uranus is already laid out like Chekov's gun. It only requires a little connection within story.
When timely, the Kingdoms will rally to Luffy (Joyboy's) leadership.

I really like this theory, my only thing is Aisa. Momo and Shirahoshi had huge involvements in their arcs and the following arcs. Momo's been in Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Zou, and Wano. Shirahoshi has been in Fishman Island, and played an extremely pivotal role in that arc, and then again in reverie, and is explicitly stated to be Poseidon. Aisa was in one arc, and hasn't been mentioned since. So I don't think its very likely for her to be an ancient weapon. I think it's a lot more likely that the ancient weapons aren't necessarily the same, and that pluton is simply a super powerful ship. Uranus however could be something relating to the sky, as Ouranos literally means sky so its very possible it's relating somehow to sky island. I just don't think Aisa is the person wielding that power. Also, if the ancient weapon ability is passed down genetically, why is it that Oden didn't have the ability to speak using the voice like Luffy (via communicating to momo and the heart pirates in chapter 1015) and Momo are? I think it's possible that it skips generations, or can only be used by certain people in certain generations, but it feels oddly coincidental if that's the case. All of these things coming all at once in the story, if that's the case its a gamble I don't think Oda would write.
Roger get to know about shirahoshi’s birth from poneglyph and laugh tale need at least one ancient weapon to break red line.
Roger also knew about pluton from Tom shipwright. He could have change the world but he was sick. So, instead of bringing those weapons to laugh tale which he could have done easily, he entrusted shanks to get nika fruit to ace. He believed ace would fulfill his dreams in 20 years. (Another guesswork done)

I believe the egg based more on a Thunder Bird. From Native American Mythology. It specifically has the power to control the weather and summon storms.
My theory is that Nami will be the conductor of Uranus. Remember in Romance Dawn. There was a character who looks like Nami but has blue hair. She has a bird and she said that that bird was her only treasure. Not only that, it has been with her since she was a kid and she can ride the bird as well. Another thing to keep in mind, maybe it's the Ziz, Behemoth, and Leviathan. Where there's Zhunesha as the Behemoth, some massive Sea King that's the Leviathan, the mother of Sea Kings if you will, and the Ziz is sorta like a phoenix and reincarnates, with the recent one being the egg on the oro jackson.
Absolutely agree with this theory. Taking it a step further... I believe Joyboy is the key to these three weapons. Each of the 3 weapons needs 3 components, and the 3 cavalries may all need something special to operate each weapon.
Something like laughter in your heart, or eternal hope - something only Joyboy can provide even in the most dire of circumstances. I feel this is why Joyboy is so deeply connected with each weapon - why there is a promise to Shirahoshi, and why Zunesha immediately perked up when they sensed Joyboy, and probably another connection we don't yet know about with Uranus.
I think Luffy is the master key to changing the world, and why Joyboy is so tightly tied to Bringing the Dawn.

The Ark Maxim can only be used by Enel, who has the power of lightning. Even if a big-ass bird would pull the Maxim would do anything since its powers are producing clouds which can be manipulated and weaponized by Enel. So that child without that specific devil fruit has no real power to use the Ark Maxim. Furthermore Enel could use it without a bird. Even if Enel modified the palns I doubt he would nerf its powers, so if the Ark Maxim would work as you describe has to be weaker compared to what we have seen in the manga/anime.

I think the whole carriage part of this is a misdirection. Noah is an escape ship, large enough to transport all of the fishmen to the dawn, but it has no weapons and only needs the Sea Kings because of it's excessive size and mass. Noah likely cannot float and thus needed Poseidon to rescue everyone (why it can't be destroyed, as it hasn't served its purpose yet).
The ship, Pluton, is likely ALSO a misdirection. I first thought it was put on Zunesha's back like a war elephant, but if it can do that there's no reason for it to be on Zunesha in the first place. I believe the Pluton blueprints make the ship that the World Government built to DEFEAT the ancient kingdom, and ultimately named Pluton because it was superior to the true Pluton itself. And Zunesha started walking in punishment at the end of the void century and likely resided in Wano before his exile, meaning the poneglyph may just be out of date but STILL referenced Zoa as the weapon.
I like the idea that the egg is for a dragon which will grow to become Uranus, as a carriage couldn't apply to a dragon OR a bird. Flying is the embodiment of freedom, both in our world and in One Piece, and having a creature both rule the sky AND haul around a carriage seem like opposites, as a carriage would weigh it down.
More important is to look where the road poneglyphs are. One is on Zunesha, one was next to the Noah, one is with BM, and the last was with Kaido (allegedly). 2/4 are at the SAME location as the ancient weapons, and that cannot be a coincidence. My bet is Kaido took his from the sky, since unlike everyone else with a poneglyph, we've actually seen Kaido on a sky island before.
Actually pluton is very interesting. I think the reason ancient kingdom lost to wg was because pluton fell to the hands of wg. And that was because of alabasta. There's a theory about it, that alabasta is a traitor. When vivi's dad said that the royal family protect the poneglyph about pluton from generation to generation, robin's reaction was like mocking him. So if they are not protecting, maybe the are hiding it all this time. And the reason why the royal family doesnt want to move to marijoia might be because of pluton. Do they feel bad for the ancoent kingdom that they betrayed so they refused to live like celestial dragon, or what? And zunesha might be helping them too so the king punished it.

Going off the idea that Uranus is on elbaf and at the top of the giant tree, I think that usopp would be a great candidate for Uranus, he's always had a strong connection with the Giants of the one piece world, he wants to become a strong warrior which is what elbaf giants are kinda centred around, his dad is a commander of shanks' crew and so resides on elbaf, he's really overdue a powerup, he could possibly sense the bird when/if he powers up his observation haki, and the sky would be the perfect place for him to snipe from, there's probably more better points but those are just the ones I can think of from the top of my head
Well theres' a big difference there. Momo and Shirahoshi's ability to hear the voice of all things are directly compared to Luffy's. While neither Luffy nor Aysa heard the voice of all things in Skypea. Instead, she was just shown to have a powerful observation Haki, just like Coby during the Marineford War. She was most likely a way to trigger the horrors of violence against both the Shandorians and the Sky People; a character who would personify the pain of war. Again, just like Coby. Aysa's role in the story, in my view, is to unite both societies who have been at war against each other since Shandora ended up in the sky.
I don't really see a link between her and Uranus but we know Oda probably wasn't planning on much of this that soon. So I guess he can recap whichever way he sees fit and Skypea was the only arc that took place in the sky so I understand where Ohara is coming from.
it could be that there wasnt the right catalyst for them in skypeia. luffy can only hear animals not ponelgyphs like roger could. momo and shirahoshi are limited to the sea kings and zunesha as well. assuming unranus also is creature nothing like that was present on skypeia during that time for aisa or luffy to react too. not saying this is right, i agree with your view on her role but there is an way for oda to explain it.

I am surprised you made a good point about it being a legendary bird and not brought up the thunderbird. You know the thing that according to legend kicks up storms as it flies and creates lighting with it's gaze.
I agree on the so called ancient weapons having multiple parts. Although i do not think that they are weapons to begin with but more likey 3 projects. The biggest question is what where they used for. There could even be an additional C namely cargo. For Poseidon the fishmen could be the Cargo. Pluton might actually turn out to be Conducter = Momo, Carriage = Noah, Cavalry = Zunesha and Cargo = An ancient giant cyborg. There is plenty of foreshadowing that connects cyborgs and giant ships in the story first one was Krieg and the Dreadnaught Saber but Franky is the most obvious one. Later in Thriller Bark Oda put ancient giants in the mix and in Wano we get all these themes together. Then again Oars was also used by Moria as a carriage. So maybe the Ancient giant cyborg is the carriage itself. Franky vs Funkfreed could be foreshadowing what Zunesha's crime is. Zunesha committed dereliction of duty because he was afraid.
For Uranus i think Luffy might be the conductor (he has the voice of all things) the carriage is a rocket and the cavalry is in that egg on the Oro Jackson im going for a bird. However i think Uranus has one more part an artificial moon. The rocket is what Roger and crew laughed at since in their eyes it was a giant phallic shaped object that is ment to fly into Uranus (the moon part).
Man i said a while ago this egg was actually on God Valley and its actually taken from the filler chapters where they rescue a dragon and get it back to war island as it only shows every 1000 years but this island has real dragons and the celestial dragons refer the dragons to gods as well. so it fits in that Roger while defeating Rocks he went there for the egg. and i kinda think there will be something to control the dragon like in Oda's one shot monsters there is a horn that calls the dragon maybe theres something that can control it.

There's some problems with that..for example it was stated that the noah was never put to use.. if posseidon needs the noah it would mean that posseidon was never used as a weapon before.. that aside I don't think shirahoshi needs the noah to tell the sea kings to destroy the world

Do the conductors perhaps represent the types of Haki? Shirahoshi for Conqueror Haki, commands the seakings, Momonosuke for Armament Haki, because of his destructive capabilities and Aisa for Observation Haki, not only because of her extremely strong haki, but also themed from a flying ship that observes everything from the sky maybe?

the only small issue with this is, that during the void century, the shandorans wouldn't have represented the sky, since they were shot up way later down the line. Shandora was firmly planted in the sea at that time.
also, if the arc maxim needed a bird/creature to be used, how come enel was able to just use it? so either the thing in the egg also has electrical powers to run the arc. but then it'd be pretty weird that the mythological creature and the conductor could just be replaced by some dude that happens to have the right devilfruit.
The Shandians always represented the sky, they came from the moon and literally have wings. Also Vander Decken was able to move Noah with his DF too. Maybe in the void century DFs weren't a big thing yet or quite rare, so the ancient kingdom didn't take that into account.

Pluton was built in Water 7, which means that Zunisha would have been there to pull it to Wano in the past. Which means either that the Red Line wasn`t there or Zunisha climbed over it? Or dived under it? Also, it would make sense if Zunisha (and the conductor) would be shown on the blueprints, but Franky didn`t mention anything like that when he saw Zou for the first time.
Besides, I don`t see why fishmen need Noah to relocate to the surface. They are the last race to need a ship to travel through water. The Ark Noah`s purpose was to protect land animals and humans from the flood. If another flood happens (which was hinted by the Gorousei during the Reverie), people need giant ships to survive. Zunisha itself is probably about the size of the Noah, so it could pull another ship, but why? It already is a ship itself, carrying an entire nation.
Pluton's attack power are the minks that lay on top of it, while the sea kings powers are the sea beasts. and the maps to pluton by franky are plutons armour.
What if the creature in the egg caused the storm when shiki and Rodger met at sea. Was the egg protecting Rodger and crew?

I think that the ancient weapon is actually a huge machine that can control the weather it’s like a a castle that can fly and that is being hidden under the sea. Oda got a lot of inspiration from castle in the sky.
