The White Rabbit thick doesn't mean obese lol. Thick is a body type, unless people force it by being unhealthy. Some girls naturally have bigger thighs and slimmer waists. They can still be fit and workout daily and eat healthily, but that doesn't mean they'll be stick thin.

YANFRET Thigh gap, maybe, but not body image overall. I know that it's a big issue in the UK and Japan as well. Fat shaming in Japan is far more serious than in the US. Many girls who would seem normal weight/thin to an American would seem fat ("I would feel like I was having sex with a pig" is one notable reaction) to some young Japanese people. I'd guess that it's an issue everywhere.

I hate when people say thigh gaps are healthy to achieve. They're not. Unless you were born with them due to bone structure, they're a sign that you're lacking the proper amount of muscle in your legs or you're underweight. You can be extremely fit and healthy and not have a thigh gap. I'm 144 and 5'11" and active everyday for hours on end and I don't have a thigh gap. They're not healthy to make yourself have so stop promoting them.

They look horrible anyway because if you have a thigh gap, it means you are knock kneed. You have to be knock kneed to have them and that is an ugly leg shape in my opinion. Legs to me look beautiful if the top start off big then they are smaller lower down leading to the ankle, straight down and well structured, not bent like they would be with a thigh gap.

If you have thigh gaps, and you weren't born with them, go to the doctor's. When you get your BMI done, they will probably tell you that your BMI is way too low and that you need to gain weight.

I thought that I had to be skinny. I learned to love myself. I tell myself things like 'we have big hips for a reason' or 'when you find the one, they won't care what you look like.' I love my body, why can't everyone else love theirs.

Thigh gaps aren't ugly. But here's the thing, not having a thigh gap isn't ugly either. It's a win-win situation if you have one .. and even if you don't have one. So enjoy it if you have it. :)
Getting a thigh gap isn't even about being super duper skinny.... Some people have naturally bowed legs, which creates a thigh gap regardless of weight (to a certain extent.) Other girls, have leg bones that go straight down or ones that point inwards so that their knees touch. No amount of dieting (or overeating) can change bone structure.

as an ectomorph, I've had skinny legs my whole life no matter the ton of food I eat. It bothered me for years that I couldnt gain weight but sometimes its a body type that's not attainable for everyone. We want to be bigger, and mesomorphs and endomorphs want to be smaller.
Yes, I have an eating disorder. Yes, I strive to have a thigh gap. No, it is not about 'impressing boys,' or being popular. And NO. 'THICC' is by all means, not in. I know from experience, that it doesn't matter how big your boobs, hips, or butt are, you will get shamed to no end. If somebody says they like 'thick' girls, it's is more likely to be a fetish or a mere disgust for skinny girls. A lot of models on runways and photographs are actually 11-15. That is why the models look like that, they are young girls. That is why they have to fight so hard after to keep the 'look' they started with.

The White Rabbit thick doesn't mean obese lol. Thick is a body type, unless people force it by being unhealthy. Some girls naturally have bigger thighs and slimmer waists. They can still be fit and workout daily and eat healthily, but that doesn't mean they'll be stick thin.

Many girls who would seem normal weight/thin to an American would seem fat ("I would feel like I was having sex with a pig" is one notable reaction) to some young Japanese people.

Unless you were born with them due to bone structure, they're a sign that you're lacking the proper amount of muscle in your legs or you're underweight. You can be extremely fit and healthy and not have a thigh gap. I'm 144 and 5'11" and active everyday for hours on end and I don't have a thigh gap. They're not healthy to make yourself have so stop promoting them.

They look horrible anyway because if you have a thigh gap, it means you are knock kneed. You have to be knock kneed to have them and that is an ugly leg shape in my opinion. Everyone is going really big on how you don't need a thigh gap to be attractive but some people are taking it too far by saying straight out "Thigh gaps make you look ugly" or "thigh gaps make you look like you have chicken legs". I think this generation guys and girls are very far apart from each other in consideration of sexuality. Shit, I go to school with my pajamas under my jeans and take my shoes off in class. While girls go to school with yoga pants/short shorts/etc and put make up on in class. Trying to gain us guys attention, while we just think its hot, but we highly disapprove.

Getting a thigh gap isn't even about being super duper skinny.... Some people have naturally bowed legs, which creates a thigh gap regardless of weight (to a certain extent.) Other girls, have leg bones that go straight down or ones that point inwards so that their knees touch. No amount of dieting (or overeating) can change bone structure.
Yeah my friend is big boned. She works out a lot and if pretty healthy but he bones make it to were she looks a little bigger. But she's still super pretty :D

I know from experience, that it doesn't matter how big your boobs, hips, or butt are, you will get shamed to no end. If somebody says they like 'thick' girls, it's is more likely to be a fetish or a mere disgust for skinny girls. Depriving myself of the most basic fuel to stay alive makes me feel powerful, and I cannot stop from feeling that way.
