Good day Dr Tobias, I use a cane to assist me to walk and I'm 4 years 7 months post stroke. Do you believe I should continue using the cane or should I try to walk without the cane. I thank you for a feedback
Was watching this video after first watching part 2 in order to find the answer about spasticity in ankle and leg. You said, watch my first video….the answer is not found yet.
Thanks for the clarification. This is not an exercise for "spasticity". The first video will give you easier options if spasticity is making the exercises in the second video too difficult. I hope that helps!

Spin around untill you feel dissy and try doing some of this where you feel dissy is your cereabellum lol
