1:14 I watch YT at high speed when people talk (I can hold down the space bar to temp race through at 2x). This point caught me off guard and looked really funny at twice speed.
I was expecting hero squats (Tall Kneeling)

I also often neglect exercises to strengthen the core. I did some as part of shoulder or leg exercises. It is difficult to see the connection with the muscles that have the executive function of the limbs, although they are necessary for their proper work, and the function of the whole organism is not possible without them. Thanks Tara for prompting us to spot the irregularity. Have a nice week.

These must be exercises for people who had a baby strike or something, what about stuff to get my arm to work for someone who had nothing but crappy therapists that didn't do anything except say walk

It took me 4 months before I got any movement in my arm! Keep trying. I’m 13 months out from my stroke, and just starting to get it above my head, along with some functional movement. Dr Tobias has a full set of videos dedicated to the arm. Highly suggest the Pilates wheel she suggests it’s totally changed the game for me. Goodluck!

@@michaelbraun5367 thank you,I'm at 9 months can close my hand, allot of spasticity, when did this ease up for you? Walking with a quad cane ,hoping I'm close to getting everything back my fingers twitch and move around allot in their own ,is this a good sign, sometimes I yawn while laying down and hand will open or I stretch in bed and hand shakes like crazy, this is so hard I wouldn't wish this on anyone,I feel like giving up most of the time, just wish there was like a set time or answers like ok in 3 months you get it all back

@ unfortunately there’s no set time. I’ve watched quite a few survivor stories and some recover in weeks/months, and some take years (one man (27) said it’s taken 9 years to be 90% normal.) My hand has pretty bad spacicity and closes when I move my arm, but I can open and close no problem when relaxing. I have pretty bad spasms in my arm, elbow, wrist and hand when I sleep that are sometimes non stop. I got off the cane pretty quick but walk with a limp, and my knee hyperextends. I’m 34 years old. I’m still improving day by day and week by week, I went from no movement at all for 3-4 months in the arm. Just do whatever exercises you can that don’t cause pain, and even if you can’t do something keep trying! Also give yourself some extra slack and don’t be hard on yourself. You’re not alone! Praying for a swift and full recovery for you!
