A tip for the graveyard mage training arena room to help speed it up. You cannot bring empty baskets in to the room, but you can bring full baskets of strawberries or any other fruit than bananas in, empty them once inside the room. Now you have 5 strawberries to heal yourself and an empty basket which you can store your bananas in now, letting you hold much more than your usual inventory. I went with 5 baskets of strawberries so I could hold over 30 bananas with the 5 baskets equaling 25 and my original inventory space.
jagex really needs to make the kq shortcut to hard diary and change the agility req. 86 agility req shortcut for a mid game boss is ridiculously high when her drops are poop
Kq was never intended as "midgame" it released as one of fhe hardest bosses in the game. Its just the game has outgrown her but she certainly isnt midgame. Just because you can cheese a kill in the midgame doesnt make it viable. Shes still a late game boss. But yes, hard diary for the shortcut to be able to kill her faster for her head for the elite diary req would be great
@tonywhite7753 the shortcut should definitely be moved to hard, agility level can stay the same. It's just silly that by the time you get the shortcut you likely won't be killing her unless you're pet hunting
Yeh true, im 96 slayer and decided to do bosses the last 3 levels but the way to kq is a hell but stil have 290 kills atm. But stopped with slayer and started to train for the elite desert diary
Runecrafting feels like such a grind just to get to the 80s range, dreading anything after that. The best way to deal with any long grind is to break it up with some piece of definitive progress, complete a diary task or defeat a new boss for the first time. And don't forget to eat a nice taco while you do.
@@alain4037 That's a grind by itself, I've played more of that than any other minigame but I've only unlocked the boots and the needle (which I can't use) so far.
The money I was getting from blood rune crafting was worth it back in 2020 to early 2021. I started my journey in September, but paused when Trailblazer came out and ended in Jan. So really from lvl 50 to 99 took me a lil over 3 months. I still got the picture. 25 March 2021. Having that afk aspect allowed me to play for much longer while watching netflix, anime or even streaming games.
the quest cape was painfully long but so enjoyable to get. like you said, it opens up the entire game and helps with so much tasks/teleports/etc. also getting a bit of lore was a fun addition. i like taco
I finished the 82 RC grind and went for the 91 fishing for morytania elite diary, and I enjoyed the RC one, honestly it feels like the more you do it, the faster and rewarding it gets, while the fishing grind just feels like I'm stuck for enternity in a fishing loop and it's painfuly slow, my brain feels like a taco
Fishing was my first 99 skill bacc in 2019. I enjoyed the grind because I had hundreds of other players to chat with. Plus, it wasn't that bad since I was also catching up on all the anime shows I needed to watch. But Agility is the most painful grind ever. I can't stand it. I rather get 200m runecrafting
I gotta say I got it in 10 sweaty days, got the morytania diary and stopped doing farm runs because I was busy raiding and didn't want to unequip my equipment
Back in the day, rogue's outfit.. that mother taco can be frustrating... doing it without the runelite plug-in was hell, but now our lives we're blessed with this wonderful helper
Agility has been a huge grind for me. Still working on it, but what makes it easier is thinking more about the clue scrolls I get from Hallowed Sepulchre, and whatever XP I get is a bonus. It's kind of like eating a taco with chips underneath it so whatever falls becomes bonus nachos!
Regarding the skilling outfits: a good way to save on the grind is to figure out if the outfit is even necessary, and to not get it if it isn't. The xp boosting outfits give such a marginal benefit that it might not be worth it if you wouldn't do the activity that grants it anyways. For example, the lumberjack outfit saves, in the best case scenario (i.e. afk woodcutting) around 4 hours in the total grind to 99, it is obtained in an activity that has nothing to do with wc-training (temple trekking) and is completely RNG-based so if you get unlucky by the time you have it you might have spent more time getting the outfit than the time it saves you on getting 99. And if you plan to use faster methods (i.e. tick manipulation) it saves even less time. At that point you should seriously consider not obtaining the outfit at all Of course if the outfit is obtained from an activity you would be doing anyways, e.g. if you plan to train your construction with mahogany homes, then of course get the outfit because the opportunity cost of getting it is zero. But if you have to go out of your way to obtain it doing something you wouldn't otherwise do, then do the math and calcilate how much time it actually saves, if at all
@SykoJGaming Farming is the worst offender. 2.5% xp buff for one of the fastest skills (in terms of effective xp/hour), that takes over 5 hours to obtain. It might not be worth getting even if you're going for 200m xp, it's just that bad
@@exantiuse497 Title Farm is worth it for the Seed Box and the excellent Herb sack, which one totally needs, but that outfit... ugh. The benefit is for the people like me who hate farm patch runs, so i prefer moronic clicks in the Tithe.
Getting full lumberjack at Temple trekking is like 30 mins max when you force the run. Only place what you just explained applies is the stupid fishing trawler. Anyone who has the fishing outfit is an idiot.
One thing that makes me feel a lot better is knowing that your progress can't go backwards. Like if you're at level 94 with 8.3m exp, sixty-something percent of the way is already done and no one can take that away from you. tacos. I wonder if a RL plugin that lets you know when you hit "decimal value" progress (like level 92-92.1-92.2, etc.) would ping our little reward systems more frequently and make the grind easier (because number go up yay). The XP-level formula technically allows for it, but I am too coding-illiterate to try it out :D tacos.
@@justinspann7008This is actually really rad. Maybe I should look into it. Not that I really have any 92s or anything close, but for the future whenever I decide to play more diligently again.
I would kill to have an alternative way to get a Fighter Torso, Barb Assault is the video game equivalent of catching your wife cheating on you after getting home from a cancer diagnosis
Agreed. I'd rather tbag a table full of mouse traps and hot sauce than do that. I'd honestly rather be the bottom in a gb train composed of Siberian tigers covered in thumbtacks, loaded up on Coca and Viagra.
I am far too heavily a 'level up evenly' guy because I can never commit to any one grind for too long. I feel I will never break the lvl 90 barrier, let alone get just one to 99. But, I'll definitely give your tips and tricks and taco in this video a try! Ty!
You just gotta tell your mind to STFU and do it. It's what I did for my lvl 99 RC. I was streaming games from the end of 2020 to the beginning of 2021 when I finally got 99 RC. Despite the slow 37K per hour blood run crafting, doing that every day while my main focus was on various games I streamed didn't feel too bad. My only worry is Agility. I have to actively play to lvl that up and I am only at 80 right now.
If you have a few mil you can invest for a while, do cooking. You'll get a quick and easy 99, and you'll make money doing it! I had to push myself to stay on track, but I was able to go from 75 cooking to 99 in about a week if I remember right. (TBF, it helped that I was working from home and could do it on the side with little to no effort.) Good luck with whatever you focus on! You can do it!
I feel like completing all achievement diaries could be an intermediary goal between quest cape and maxing. That's personally what I'm going for. Great vid. Taco.
Quest cape first, achievement diaries second. The level requirements for achievement diaries are way too high to be necessary for quest cape completion.
worst grind for me is doing farm runs, they’re easy but they’re so draining for me. i just take solace in the fact that herbs sell for bank. also grabbing a baja blast from taco bell during any grind will make it more bearable 1000%
You know you can note the herbs at the tool leperchaun right? An herb run should only take about 10 mins if youre slow. Ive met alot of ppl that bank after every patch and thats not necessary.
Fishing is easy but the problem is I got too into trying to do daily farm runs that I eventually got burnt out after just my farm runs and I wouldn't even play osrs after that, felt like Farmville But now, I do other things and get back to my patches whenever I feel like it, haven't gotten back to them in 3 days 😂
My perspective is that nothing is truly a grind for me, if I would acquire it naturally. All my characters have 99 fletching, thieving, and slayer because I use them to make money. The same also applies to the core combat skills because I usually get them on the way to 99 slayer. But everything ELSE is certainly a grind for me. If quests didn't have requirements, all my characters would just be 126 with 99 slayer, thieving, fletching and nothing else.
For me the worst grind so far was getting mining to 70 for the qpc. I decided to split it into 15000 xp sessions and it was much more bearable that way. Maybe I should try a taco next.
So I went from 1-96 mining in a month. 1-30 normal way and then 30-96 at motherload mine. It was a few years back now, but I basically had no work for a month and it had just come out on mobile and I thought eh why not.
Started OSRS again for the first time in 15 years about 2 months ago. THE GRIND IS REAL. Honestly the video itself just encouraged me to keep going just as much as the tips did. Hopefully I can achieve the almighty taco cape, I mean max cape HAHA. Cheers!
Same here. I'm just over 5 weeks in and everytime I hit one of the goals I set for the account I'm once again hit with the million variations of "what next?". Like, I just completed monkey madness 2, now what? Song of the elves stats and quests? Grind combat to farm gorillas? Ok that means slayer, should I grind NMZ for imbuing black mask first? Just happened to get a black demon task, gorilla time now? I find myself just standing at the GE a lot of the time petrified trying to decide how to spend my time.
@@cdawg145236 nice boss!!! Try not to stand at GE LOL, it’s a waste of xp. Go kill some demonic gorillas for GP. Use that GP do get quest requirements for Song of the elves. Do song of the elves and learn corrupted gauntlet while doing some zulcano. Enjoy!
for just about any skill i can recommend setting diaries as targets atleast having a goal to my grind helped me do them alot more. and take breaks from skilling you can grind out each 99 straight away but its only gonna end up burning you out off the game for me doing some pvm between skilling keeps stuff way more refreshing
1:21 I completely agree doing quests is probably the thing that will help you in this game the most any quests you meet the requirements to do you should just straight up do them immediately they helped so much you unlock so many spells, items, abilities, items, teleports. Do your achievement Diaries do your quests knock out your mini games especially Barbarian assault for the fighter torso I did my grind for that 5 years ago and it's still number three best in slot for a chest piece and all it costs you is your time up above that is Bandos chest plate which is like 29 million at the time I'm posting this comment I believe and the only difference is it offers a bit more defense which you don't really need unless you're going to do something like bossing where you can't just leave for food
honestly i think my least favorite grind is anything i feel like i have to do. a lot of times in this game you can get stuck in a "i have to do this" mentality. then it gets miserable. taco time. at taco bell.
The "One and Done" mindset is such a great mindset to have about a lot of goals. Just finish this ONE piece. A one grain of sand doesn't add much. But a beach is...
The only thing on the list I can't stand is BA. Over the years I've done the Fighter Torso grind on multiple accounts and every time I have to watch a guide on it, because like a bad dream, I try to forget everything related to it the second I'm done with the grind.
Currently grinding my remaining stats to base 70, been playing for about a year now and took about 6 months to get my first 99. I’m in a clan which drastically helps, because we’re all in the pain train together. I’d be lying if I said I never relied on a Taco to get me through a late night grinding session of RC or Agility lol
Are you in a clan with people you know? I have a few friends that play but it feels like we're not all super serious about it. I feel like it would be nice to have other players who know what they're doing as a resource but idk. The RS community is either super nice or kinda toxic in my experience.
99 Strength pumping at the blast furnance was my least favorite grind for my obby tank. I found it was best to play other games or watch youtube videos while afking on my other monitor. RL has a logout timer built into it and you should set it to the full 25mins. There was also another method to set your fps to 1 to allow for longer afking. But one of the best ways to train is to make sure you have some great food! Taco Bell really helped my grind :)
I'm still at the mid level, so my most hated grind until now was getting the dragon defender. Took me so many kills to even get the bronze defender, that I started doubting whether I'm doing it correctly hahaha Sometimes I'm already mildly infuriated because of being above the drop rate for a defender, when I suddenly run out of tokens and have to refill again, and that just makes me go absolutely tacos.
on the plus side, if you play the game enough then your luck should tend towards average. So if you got unlucky at a very easy and painless hill giant grind, then maybe you'll get lucky and get spooned some giga rare items from bosses down the road. In theory it'll all balance out to average luck with sufficiently large sample size. In practise obviously your luck doesn't improve after a dry streak, but that's a boring mindset.
Taco - The two worst grinds I have had to complete are between Fishing Trawler and Bones to Peaches. The alchemy room was so mentally draining because I did enchant>tele>graveyard>alch and it was such a grind just to get to the final room. However, I can't pretend that Fishing Trawler didn't my account play time by 7 hours and gave me basically no gp or xp to show for it. 1/12 my ass. I can't imagine this method for the pet. I'd rather just get 200mil fishing xp.
Kaoz, you're going for the Golden Gnome, and a lot of your videos criticize your audience. We wouldn't be here watching your videos if it wasn't for playing this game for hours and hours. We don't need a life coach with our osrs guides, dude. With that being said, the guides are good, bro.
im lvl 100 now close to finishing the quest cape and somehow i still dont have the fighters torso, i was going to do the grind like 5 times and just quit because it seemd impossible to even get a group together
Honestly I kinda did your idea of beating my prior xp/hr rate to get through construction, made it fun and it was really one that I had a lot of control over I feel. taco
Taco, been playing pretty consistently for about 3 years now after taking a 14 year break, i was 10 and only ever got to 60 cmb as f2p. I dont mind the grinding biggest pain for me is gathering the courage to try new to me content. Most mid to late game pvm is all stuff ive never touched
If 99rc makes you feel physically sick, do what I’m doing! Get your gathering skills, or any skills about 8 lvls ahead of it, and play OLAAT (One lvl at a time) with 25% of an RC lvl in between. Trust me, I’m almost at lvl 90 Rc, and the 9 skills I’m OLAATing are all 87/88. It means the most you’ll ever RC in one stretch is about 307k.
My least favourite grind so far was KQ head. I got to 256kc without it... Then died at the same time as KQ and didn't get back in time to pick it up. I ended up having to go to 385kc to get the real head. I don't want to taco bout it.
For me the worst grind in the game are when your are timegated/capped and skill expression cannot show and improve your performance. Therefore for me the answer is pest control. Other than making sure the void knight doesn’t die the only opportunity you have to make the grind better is the 4-5 ticks after the last portal opens. Graceful as well but its days are numbered.
The quest cape is the first real grind that I'm going for, and I'm currently 10 quests away from getting it, but these taco are getting harder and harder to finish smh
Barb assault is such a bad game mode that people rather pay for carry service than to actually play it. If Jagex just updated it to be something fun to do, people will just passively able to grind for torso while enjoying the minigame. But with any changes to the game, you will get old timers that want to hold the game to what it was back then, even when it is bad. Or you have people with crab mentality of thinking that if they suffered before, so should others after them.
It's the agility grind for me. It's gotten better with the introduction of agility highlights now but it's always been the one that makes me want to touch grass and xp waste. Also, taco!
Hallowed Sepulchre is super fun imo. It's more work, but def worth it in terms of money and XP/hr. You can't really watch something on the side, but you can at least listen to something. When I want to get sweaty, I alch as I run it, and I almost turn it into a game of trying to waste no ticks. Adds extra gp, and I can get rid of all the bows from my fletching grind. Lol
Man.... My least favorite grind is smithing! Its a grind that takes waaaaay too long on my UIM account. The only positive about skilling smithing, is that I can kick back and eat TACOs between mining runs! (:
Is there a way to increase the drop rate of golden nuggets? I saw something about how dropping and doing the pay-dirt in 7-9 quantities instead of 27-28 at a time can increase the drop rate. Some say do 27-38 and then get the sack others don't. I'm wondering if this mechanic holds true in the standard game?
Hey just wanted to let you know that I just started playing again after a 1600 day break but I have been playing since about 2004 I started playing during RuneScape classic and was in the first group to play the beta of RuneScape 2 which pretty much is the version we are playing today known as osrs I know nothing about RuneScape 3 though could never get into that but I do wish they would add summoning back into osrs.. but yeah I just wanted to let you know I haven't played in like over 3 years so I'm looking things up to refresh my memory and whatnot and your videos are some of the top recommendations even though you don't have as many likes and Subs as a lot of the other content creators so keep it up your videos are really helpful and I'm seeing them at the top of my recommendations I just subbed to you
In my personal opinion as far as XP lamps goes put them all into runecrafting because that is definitely the hardest and most time-consuming skill to grind
The 99 skilling tip of gamifying gains i tried with tele-alvhing First hour i got 136.5k Second hour i got 143.6k Third hour i got 119.1k because my hand was cramping like crazy (even when using mouse keys) guess being well into the 30s hasn’t been too kind on my joints
My worst grind was barbarian assault, I literally sat in the lobby for multiple days straight waiting for some teammates that didn’t even know what a bow was. I’m glad I never have to go there again and that was 15 hours I will never get back ;d. TACOOOO 🌮
My least favorite grind is prayer training because the most cost efficient way requires you to run by PKers at the chaos alter in the wild and I don't want to taco bout how many times I've died there.
I don't agree on the first one about quest helper. Sure, if it's not your first account, then go ahead. Many quests are great stories and really add something to the game, more than just grinds. I slowed down approaching quest cape to really enjoy the last bits. Trying to do the quests guideless, with game sounds on and everything. It's really great fun, as long as you give yourselft the time for it.
Thus far my least favourite grinds in OSRS have been click intensive skills such as fletching or thieving. While they're fast as making tacos on a Tuesday, my forearms/wrist/fingers hate my guts. I usually try and train 3 skills simultaneously at minimum... Combat? Always do slayer etc
I recommend just having fun, that is what it is at the end of the day a fun massive game to progress with infinite amount of different paths, that’s what make osrs great, everyone has a different path and point lf view, you will eventually get there. Taco
I went for QP cape as one of my first goals for my OSRS account just because I loved doing quests back in the day. Still do. Just a little disappointing that by the time you get it, all it's good for is the teleport. Also the fact that you need the ACHIEVEMENT DIARY CAPE in order to trim it is absolutely absurd. Also taco
My least favorate grind would happen to be 70s-85 melee training, or 40-78 mining, rather have taco bell and have the aftermath, then the slow xp and low hits that grind gives you.
for the kalphite queen grind. just do slayer, every kalphite task do a few kc per task. like 10-20 or even 50 until you get sick of it for that task. youll have more than enough kc for the head just doing that.
Jagex really needs to get their sh*t together in regards to bots and how they handle that - I see bots across multiple servers, multiple times a day in Draynor chopping trees and Stealing from the Farmers but I use High Alch for an hour and a half just while sitting in class and they take away $30mil. This is unacceptable. I’m going for the Crafting Cape on a limited budget and high alch is the only way to do it in a reasonable period of time (about 30k hide bodys vs 50k air battlestaff)
I love the grind but I can’t find the love for farming or Rune Crafting. The RC mini game was a savior to me. Is it the funniest thing ever? No, but it is much better than running runes. Farming on the other hand, I have decided to stick to herb runs and tree runs. It will take longer but it’s a lot less stressful to manage.
I actually enjoy mage training arena and find it very therapeutically relaxing. I used to do it back in the day and made a lot of money off infinity pieces and mage books when they were super expensive.
I love runescape mostly because of questing. It was my favourite activity, grinding for quests and doing them. I was few quests away from quest cape, but i took longer break, so they released so many in that time i couldnt keep up.
Worst grind for me is farming. Its a quick skill if you exclude the real life time it takes for things to grow but having to wait a few days for my redwood to grow sucks. You also made me really want tacos for dinner tonight
Honestly, its getting better but the hunter grind. And construction. some of them are just so......grindy lol. But I do enjoy some of the grinds or else I wouldn't be playing :). And Jag is making them better. I know I know, let's Taco bout it.
Taco : the agility grind really makes me feel braindeath... but since forrestry i do agylity @ seers and high alch/fletch and have an axe with me for when the minigames pop and join them :)
My least favorite skill to grind is construction, it’s either painfully slow or painfully expensive. Everytime I gain a level, I go buy a taco to ease my pain (:
Now that its TACO TUESDAY! I have to say the grind for thieving between 44-82 is pretty draining and click intensive i know its not the worst but even with doing garden you're constantly having to make sure you're on time with clicks so you dont have to restart those runs. Also construction, because no one like spending that much money lol
I haven't had much experience with many skill grinds since I am in my first experience of membership. But I absolutely hated the graceful grind. Took me forever to finish it, but my goodness if it isn't helpful. Oh, and taco. :)
I h8 runecrafting i like taco giv me all r taco seriously though 60 rc for dt2 was rough and i have 3 quests left for quest cape (im struggling with the whisperer) I love your videos but I feel quest cape should definately come after say torso or kq head along with a side of 82 magic might want to get avas accumulator first too but its just my personal opinion and the real sanity drain is the aforementioned whisperer i feel like the sanity bar also applies irl when i fight her if yall actually read all this thanx and have a good day :)
Alas we strongly disagree on your Defender grind method, though I still luv ya. You don't need so many tokens in one go. It is very very boring doing it like that but more importantly, you have to leave the room anyway every time you get an upgrade from Iron to Steel to Mithril etc. So you can't even stay in the room. You may as well go downstairs and spend the 5 minutes on beating up your Black Platebody robot. Going downstairs means you can pick up just the right amount of food for the next Defender, remember, we are only 65 Attack/65 Strength at this point. Also, it gives us an opportunity to buy the whole stock of those super cheap Pizzas from the food shop next to the bank, they are only 48GP and resell fo 400GP or more if you add toppings (or eat, Anchoviy Pizza is excellent food at that level). Trips back upstairs gives the vendor time to restock without world hopping. You don't want lots of spare tokens, they are useless once we have the defender. Speaking of pizzas - I mean TACOS
Yep, those pizzas are superb value. Anchovies are nearly free or 5 minutes of fishing. Kaos is great, but he does love speed at the expense of money and sanity.
I grinded a master wand from mage training arena since i was a little shy of the mage level i wanted for SotE anyway. Bones to peaches will seem easy in comparison.
Maxing doing some skills here and there at random, want to start PCM but i suck at PVM and have a hard time asking people for help so it gets me nowhere
I remember getting 99 agility as my first ever 99 back in RS2. I don't know what I was on but doing that today seems like a nightmare. I don't wanna taco bout it.
The RNG was good to me for the dragon defender. I got it in less than 4 hours. The dude i was in the cave with was pissed. He had been there for a week.
I finished my lumbridge dairy with lowest runecrafting possible, used a spicey stew to get +5 took about 10 trys but better then getting another 5 rc levels.
If I could pay tacos to have a friend do Agility for me, I'd be a happy man. That skill is an outright chore, and I can't stand it.

Because fishing like woodcutting is very afk, I only train those when I'm ready to put the game in the background and watch or do something else 😂
Fishing is horrid, I’m trying to do mortantia elite as well 😭
@@Haedesthings6 do 3-tick swordfish, it's op and barely requieres atention using hotkeys
Back in the day, rogue's outfit.. that mother taco can be frustrating... doing it without the runelite plug-in was hell, but now our lives we're blessed with this wonderful helper
Mage training arena tip, use spellbook filters to filter out all the spells you won't be using and make the icons wayyy bigger for much easier clicks
agility is the worst grind because it is in-between between afk and paying attention. I cant even eat a taco while doing it.
Wow noob
Aha now I want tacos
At that point you should seriously consider not obtaining the outfit at all
Of course if the outfit is obtained from an activity you would be doing anyways, e.g. if you plan to train your construction with mahogany homes, then of course get the outfit because the opportunity cost of getting it is zero. But if you have to go out of your way to obtain it doing something you wouldn't otherwise do, then do the math and calcilate how much time it actually saves, if at all
The 2.5 exp boost is such a joke Jagex must be having a laugh
@SykoJGaming Farming is the worst offender. 2.5% xp buff for one of the fastest skills (in terms of effective xp/hour), that takes over 5 hours to obtain. It might not be worth getting even if you're going for 200m xp, it's just that bad
@@exantiuse497 Title Farm is worth it for the Seed Box and the excellent Herb sack, which one totally needs, but that outfit... ugh. The benefit is for the people like me who hate farm patch runs, so i prefer moronic clicks in the Tithe.
Xp outfits are a joke
Cringe
There is a plugin that "resets" your progress at 92, basically allowing you to get the level-up notifications from 1-92 again on your way to 99.
Ty!
You will it just takes time
You just gotta tell your mind to STFU and do it.
(TBF, it helped that I was working from home and could do it on the side with little to no effort.)
Good luck with whatever you focus on!
Quest cape is way easier and faster than diary cape.
Repliers definitely didn't read OP's comment correctly
worst grind for me is doing farm runs, they’re easy but they’re so draining for me. i just take solace in the fact that herbs sell for bank. also grabbing a baja blast from taco bell during any grind will make it more bearable 1000%
This is wild for me, Farming was my first 99 & I'd happily get another 13m before grinding 99 in agil, fishing rcing etc.
You know you can note the herbs at the tool leperchaun right? An herb run should only take about 10 mins if youre slow. Ive met alot of ppl that bank after every patch and thats not necessary.
Fishing is easy but the problem is I got too into trying to do daily farm runs that I eventually got burnt out after just my farm runs and I wouldn't even play osrs after that, felt like Farmville
But now, I do other things and get back to my patches whenever I feel like it, haven't gotten back to them in 3 days 😂
Yeah 70 mining is a disgusting grind. I'm going through it at the moment and hate every second of it
Mage training arena surely being the MOST painful grind. Even painful that BA that make me want to shove a taco to keep me sane
Untrimmed cooking cape is the best grind you can do for your accounts
Not as huge for account as fire max cape
Enjoy!
TAKO CAPE TAKO CAPE TAKO CAPE
for just about any skill i can recommend setting diaries as targets atleast having a goal to my grind helped me do them alot more. and take breaks from skilling you can grind out each 99 straight away but its only gonna end up burning you out off the game for me doing some pvm between skilling keeps stuff way more refreshing
Took me so many kills to even get the bronze defender, that I started doubting whether I'm doing it correctly hahaha
Sometimes I'm already mildly infuriated because of being above the drop rate for a defender, when I suddenly run out of tokens and have to refill again, and that just makes me go absolutely tacos.
Lol I did that too, but when I was on mith defender I accidentally alch'd it and had been dropping the old ones so I had to restart from bronze lmao
@@thatarmswarrior oh my god, that must have sucked a lot
@@squashbanana yea it took me a solid week of after work grinding xD
@@thatarmswarriorOh my God. I can absolutely imagine the horror and the subsequent rage quit from that. 🤣
on the plus side, if you play the game enough then your luck should tend towards average.
Currently on the fishing trawler grind and 1/12 is a scam. I'm fairly confident I am over 30 games, no pieces.
Kaoz, you're going for the Golden Gnome, and a lot of your videos criticize your audience. We wouldn't be here watching your videos if it wasn't for playing this game for hours and hours. We don't need a life coach with our osrs guides, dude. With that being said, the guides are good, bro.
Made no sense but ok I guess lol
1 great tip for void. if you are going for void, do the easy combat achievements, it gives you a great reward (1 point extra if you win each game).
I got void before those came out 😢
im lvl 100 now close to finishing the quest cape and somehow i still dont have the fighters torso, i was going to do the grind like 5 times and just quit because it seemd impossible to even get a group together
Can anyone tell me what the background song is in 4:30? I feel like its from Zelda but I'm unsure.
It's the RS3 version of the song 'Background'.
This is the saddest thing I have ever read
Oh cool, I bet this guy will have some great tips to help me get my RC outfit sooner!
Kaoz: play the minigame
It really is that simple :)
What's that highlighted color around your weapons in inventory?
I love woodcutting, fishing and mining, I always do these skills with my untrimmed cooking cape, and my goal is fire max cape. Taco
Thank you very much for the comment, appreciate it a lot. Welcome back! :D
The 99 skilling tip of gamifying gains i tried with tele-alvhing
First hour i got 136.5k
Second hour i got 143.6k
Third hour i got 119.1k because my hand was cramping like crazy (even when using mouse keys) guess being well into the 30s hasn’t been too kind on my joints
My worst grind was barbarian assault, I literally sat in the lobby for multiple days straight waiting for some teammates that didn’t even know what a bow was. I’m glad I never have to go there again and that was 15 hours I will never get back ;d. TACOOOO 🌮
this is such a good video i was thinking of getting back into the game but was a big confused on what to start with ^^ thank you
I find it interesting you mentioned the kalphite princess. I got mine after a 3 kill slayer task at 5kc without elite diary 😅
My least favorite grind is prayer training because the most cost efficient way requires you to run by PKers at the chaos alter in the wild and I don't want to taco bout how many times I've died there.
Ensouled heads. I did dragons to 99. Of course you need the magic level. But I saved tons of money. I think it costed me 60-100m at most 2 years ago.
Did they reduce the crafting xp from essence in Guardians Of The Rift? Or was it always just 1xp/essence?
I enjoy your videos, they are so clean and help me so much, want all the best for you brother, and once again. THANK YOU !
for the kalphite queen grind. just do slayer, every kalphite task do a few kc per task. like 10-20 or even 50 until you get sick of it for that task. youll have more than enough kc for the head just doing that.
oh taco
The worst grind for me has been construction but you can make it better by setting a goal like 150k xp a day. Taco
I used to do it back in the day and made a lot of money off infinity pieces and mage books when they were super expensive.
lol weirdo
I love runescape mostly because of questing. It was my favourite activity, grinding for quests and doing them. I was few quests away from quest cape, but i took longer break, so they released so many in that time i couldnt keep up.
Easiest tip you missed was that Taco makes the grind way easier !
Worst grind for me is farming. Its a quick skill if you exclude the real life time it takes for things to grow but having to wait a few days for my redwood to grow sucks. You also made me really want tacos for dinner tonight
U do a run in 10 min so 10 min a day and 100-200k exp / day. Easy and fast 😁
@@igordudi4150 i hate farming. its just gp down the drain other than herb runs. hespori and tithe farm makes it bearable
AS someone who is avoiding the BA grind, this is very helpful. Now to have a taco!
careful there's moles from the rat barb assault carry group that will leave wave one to make sure you buy a boost.
Agility is the worst grind for me tbh, I get depressed every time, but somehow I manage. :D
TACO!
2 weeks of grinding on my GIM, RSN: Jenny Lux
Great video Kaoz, super helpful
Honestly, its getting better but the hunter grind. And construction. some of them are just so......grindy lol. But I do enjoy some of the grinds or else I wouldn't be playing :). And Jag is making them better. I know I know, let's Taco bout it.
I used to use the cyclops as a training method. Ended up with 32 dragon defenders
The iron man are masochist was a good jab.
Worst grind for me was construction, but it was so worth it. Taco !!!
Taco : the agility grind really makes me feel braindeath... but since forrestry i do agylity @ seers and high alch/fletch and have an axe with me for when the minigames pop and join them :)
Amazing video. I know i'm late but Taco. Funny, my parents just asked where we should go for Taco Tuesday.
My least favorite skill to grind is construction, it’s either painfully slow or painfully expensive. Everytime I gain a level, I go buy a taco to ease my pain (:
My least favorite taco is getting 99 thieving, it is a wrist breaker.
Skills didn't feel bad until post 80 personally. The amount of xp needed is just, always so much! Taco
it depends on the skill being trained and method you choose. also your budget
Happy taco Tuesday! I was so ready to finish my quest cape, with about 7 quests left, before DT2. Seems much farther away now
Alas we strongly disagree on your Defender grind method, though I still luv ya.
Sometimes you've just gotta push through... trying to grind to 82 attack to wield the Fang, I wanna slice through bosses like they're a taco.
I put every skill lamp I get on Agility. It was fun at first, then it wasn't, then it REALLY wasn't. Luckily there's tacos.
I grinded a master wand from mage training arena since i was a little shy of the mage level i wanted for SotE anyway. Bones to peaches will seem easy in comparison.
Watching you taco bout this while i grind! Love the vids!
Maxing doing some skills here and there at random, want to start PCM but i suck at PVM and have a hard time asking people for help so it gets me nowhere
Agility is horrible, run in circles, get nothing in return. 👍🏽 Next is taco making, hated that grind.
i finally got my quest cape a few days ago. First milestone cape i've ever had so big moment for me :D
I remember getting 99 agility as my first ever 99 back in RS2. I don't know what I was on but doing that today seems like a nightmare. I don't wanna taco bout it.
Currently working on the quest cape now, one quest a day now towards the end. I don't have time for it every day but that's okay!
Taco
I feel like McTile and LowLife have been personally attacked...
man was really flexing the runecraft cape
The RNG was good to me for the dragon defender. I got it in less than 4 hours. The dude i was in the cave with was pissed. He had been there for a week.
Remember when dragon defenders 1st came out and being one of the 1st people to get it with 4 kills. Good days.
I finished my lumbridge dairy with lowest runecrafting possible, used a spicey stew to get +5 took about 10 trys but better then getting another 5 rc levels.
What Is that rendition of harmony at the beginning? It's amazing
