Last week I've tried the official Super Hard Mode but it was still kinda easy.
I'm using ePSXe. For this one, create a notepad inside Cheats with the serial number of the American version (SCUS_944.26.txt). Write using this example: #Name of Code 0000000 0000 Save it, then after booting the game, press Esc, go to Options -> Cheat codes and mark the code. Then resume the game.
This legit feels like CTRNF Hard mode. Which is cheap as fuck. I saw an AI jumping form a Missile once, but you can't do the same. And they know the exact spot to throw shit to screw you over. They go just way too fast, even with you in sacred fire in the original. AI's litterally are on USF+Mask speed.

anyway to get this to work with netplay? when i enable cheats (both sides) the game de-syncs or would it need to be coded into the iso?
I don't really quite understand how netplay works, but if it's splitscreen you just need to enable the cheat on one side since it's just one game.
If i saw very well it seems that it only speeds up the AI characters.
That's it, but still way better than the standard difficulty of the game (too easy).
So im guessing Super Hard is used in the Boss Races?
Bosses do not impact this RAM address. If they are using the same difficulty system, they are setting the difficulty level somewhere else

is there any explanation of why the code doesn't affect the Adventure Mode? I've tried, but it didn't.
You need enter it on new game and load game on the title screen
