In today's video, I share something that I haven't talked too much about before on my platform. Being honest, vulnerable, and real with you guys is something that is very important with me. Mental health is often misunderstood or approached in the wrong way, discouraging others to share and accept their true feelings. If you take one thing away from this video, let it be this. You don't have to hide from who you truly are. Accept yourself as you come, and don't beat yourself up about how you feel deep down. If you are going through a rough time, allow yourself to experience those emotions, and don't let anyone, including yourself, tell you that you can't feel that way or should be someone that you're not. It's okay not to feel 100%, or even 50% most of the time. Whatever you think is wrong with you, is what is right with you. To know that you don't feel right, is a gift. Use that gift to accept yourself and love yourself.

Hey all, Just want to share my personal experience. I had trauma in my childhood and lived with Complex PTSD for the majority of my adulthood.
I studied trauma for almost 8 years. I had the best Psychiatrists, practitioners, took the right supplements, ate the right foods, participated in talk therapy for years, more EMDR than anyone I have met, etc. And none of these things worked for me.
Eventually, I found Jesus. And yall I am not exaggerating when I say that it took only TWO weeks of prayer (asking for deliverance and healing) and my symptoms were gone. My nervous system is healed for the first time.
Christians typically preach of the eternal salvation of Jesus, but Jesus also came to heal us and restore us today. If you are in need of healing, I strongly encourage you to call on his name and see what happens. 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

as we get older we mask our issues with things like starting a family, getting a big house, building a trillion dollar company but the problems remain the same. the issue is your foundation. if your foundation is weak everything you build upon it is weak.
the question is: how to build a strong foundation? well...I personally build one through spiritual means. I read the Bible and fast and pray. I know the truth about everything from Him. We all in the end of the day need to connect to our Creator and without connecting with Him we feel empty.
