I’m so disturbed by the fact that you can take out a life insurance policy on someone without their knowledge/permission. How is that legal? Why would someone want to secretly take out a policy on someone OTHER than for criminal reasons??

Walmart used to take out insurance policies on their elderly employees, without the employees knowledge. Then got busted for the behavior. Chances are Walmart is right back at it. Because it isn't illegal, unfortunately.

I think it is a case of a selfish person who had Cluster B personality issues as stated. Though I do see more anti-social behavior as it has to have some type of lack of care for the victim(s).
She obviously had little care for anyone even at a young age. I'd say the reason for attacking and killing elderly women was just convenience as those are the physically weakest in society which will have any amount of money or credit cards. I'm sure she would have murdered newborns if they had a line of credit she could use.

I love everything about your videos! I love the intro and outro (which I have memorized and I always say them along with you😅) and the consistency of content! I watch it whenever I need to forget about everything, and I play them in the back when I study, clean, and to go to sleep!! Thank you :)

I don’t understand insurance companies. They will let someone buy life insurance for someone else without their knowledge? It’s like paying someone for a hit and then doing it yourself and then the hit man pays you. 🤪🤪🤪

With the seemingly out-of-control behavior at first I thought bipolar would be a consideration but like you say it sounds more calculated. If she had bipolar she probably would not have been able to endure nursing training and that career without being evaluated by someone before hand.

This case is wild, but the thing that still leaves me absolutely flabbergasted is that in the US you can get an insurance policy on somebody WITHOUT THEM KNOWING ABOUT IT. How - how in the sweet hell can this possibly end well?

Sorry for posting here…Dr Grande, is that really your name? It’s amazing everything you do… Covid really changed the way we work! Also would it be possible for you to post a segment on Richard Scott smith… ? Is his mother still alive? I guess it is fascinating to me to watch people who behave like this (continuously lie to people). I always wonder what happened to them as children. Also amazing to me that he is allowed to continue on as he was even after prison. Thank you (a fan of your channel)!

"Malignant Narcissists" (those who possess traits of psychopathy, narcissism, AND sadism) who successfully become licensed healthcare professionals are especially good at flying under the radar for years. I unfortunately know from experience.
Their position of trust gives them access both to vulnerable victims and controlled substances. Their professional credentials give them the appearance of legitimacy and credibility whenever complaints arise -- which undoubtedly there were _MANY_ over the course of her career given her long history of sensation-seeking and callous behavior dating back to childhood. Their professional training taught rapport building techniques, a skill they've honed interacting with hundreds, if not thousands, of patients. Finally these 'professionals' know better than most, the ins and outs of the legal system thanks to the continuing education required for their profession.
Even after having turned over evidence including audio recordings, text messages, and emails, involving a licensed mental health counselor, it's been over 2 months and the state licensing board hasn't even referred the criminal violations to law enforcement. (e.g. manufacturer and administration of psychadellics to clients during the course of counseling sessions without supervision or safety protocols.) I also included the name and suicide date of a dual therapeutic relationship client of this counselor that the included evidence proves took place during these 'drug trials'. Based on public reviews I'm confident I'm not the first to report him, I'm just the first to recognize the narcissisic and psychopathic traits (thanks to Dr. Grande's videos) because I've been in a dual therapeutic relationship with him for almost two decades.
While this woman's downfall was ultimately a result of a combination of factors including (but not limited to) her grandiosity, entitlement, financial irresponsibility, and impulsivity-- which were all undoubtedly exacerbated by her illicit drug-use-- I think she is an example of the 'trail of destruction' that Dr. Grande has covered in previous videos on Narcissisim and Psychopathy.
Thanks Dr. G for covering another cautionary tale about the dangers of these destrctive personality traits.
