I just told my daughter the same thing. This isn't going away.
Hopefully but at this point I’m not confident youtube will do anything. They have heavily promoted her in the past and I doubt they want to lose any of the revenue she brings in on a daily basis. It’s sad but true that she knew she could do this likely without any consequences.
Jack should have just filed claims and kept his mouth shut while she got deplatformed, content creators know but choose to just create drama and clicks

She's becoming more aggressive though as Jack's been working with some of the content creators she's stolen from to issue her copyright strikes.
Because of that, she's had to edit some of her vids to remove the claimed clips making them shorter - when that happens though, it impacts on the ad revenue she receives.
If she's deplatformed (not likely tho unfortunately), at least OF is an option, like some others have done. She'll have to work a little bit harder though!

If it had been her own address revealed to a bunch of social media followers, she would be frightened about stalkers tracking her down. There is no way she can pretend not to understand the danger involved in what she did to the other UA-camr.
She knows exactly what she’s doing. I know she likes to play dumb but there’s videos on her own channel about how she doesn’t condone people coming to her house or doxxing her. She knows that she’s likely not going to have any consequences as UA-cam for some reason has promoted and protected her. If they don’t at least demonetize her then they are setting a precedent that as long as you make enough money for the company then you can get away with anything.

Violation of fair use happens often and I don’t see Facebook cracking down on that at all.
Not many UA-camrs have, most seem to think that _fair use_ is some catch-all excuse for any and all types of copyright infringement. And if they face opposition from the actual copyright holders they go on some highly unprofessional, childish rant. And then they wonder why people are telling them it's not a real job...
Her history of false copyright striking many UA-camrs who have criticized her proves that to a T. She has an incredibly fragile ego with a very unpleasant vibe to match. So yeah you're spot on with your speculation.

She paid guys send her video of amazing gameplay and she would sit there and pretend she was playing even though her controller movements on camera were not matching the characters movements. I was absolutely crushed when my 10 year old niece told me she watched Sniperwolf. I've been on UA-cam a long time, and knew only the worst things about Sniperwolf. When my niece told me this, I had to see what Miss Thing had been up to lately; I cringed right out of my body. I participated in a few of Jack's bingo nights, and it was an honestly hilarious and great time. After joining his streams, and seeing it for HOURS for myself, Jack is not wrong. If I had talent like his, I wouldn't sit idly by and watch this situation of gross THEFT go on any longer, either

Craaaaazy, amirite!?".
She's not only a fraudulent narcissist who has been involved in CONSTANT drama and legal trouble for over a decade, but she's also emblematic of the hollow, uncreative, and soulless culture of trending UA-cam/Tik Tok content. I watched old footage of Judy Garland throughtout her career a few months ago and thought how far the threshold to become famous has fallen since her time. You once had to be nearly unrivaled in talent. Now talent isn't a requirement at all.
Dr Grande's disdain for TIK TOK is palpable
This is what gets me about UA-cam drama that seeps into the real world: no consequence ever arises. UA-cam has seen hundreds of predators, criminals etc and all that ever happens is their channel dies or they're cancelled for a few months. On top of that the attention they get from the controversy itself boosts their channel and income. Doxxing itself is not illegal but can lead to being charged with other crimes like harassment, stalking, intimidation, identity theft, or incitement to violence. At 12:56, you mention that in todays time it's normal to visit someone's house and itself is not a threat, but her intent is what's more important as even intending just to embarrass him makes her susceptible to harassment charges, again according to TX law.

Many have filed claims against here and got their content removed from her videos but it’s not led to copyright strikes or else this would have ended a long time ago. Sadly, UA-cam as a company is complicit in this and actively promotes her on their social media accounts.

The way you read Lia's info and video titles is how I would read my children's search history and probably how my mom would have read my text messages.
I agree with most of what he said here. He kind of missed the point that the caliber of fans that she has are the type to go to Jack's house and cause violence.
Doxing is serious. Someone who is determined may be able to find an address, but most people are lazy and lack the ability to research. But hand a creator's address to them, and an unhinged person is more likely to cause trouble.

Really interested topic and thank you for explaining fair use! I have seen good examples of reaction videos that do add to original. For example vocal coaches who react to a singer. They often pause the performance and explain what note this is head voice vs chest voice, the skill level needed for a certain song ect. This also illustrates that reaction videos are best left to people with genuine talent or skill.

To add to the case against her, there are copies of early vids she has tried to scrub from the internet that show her engaging in some VERY illegal conduct with young boys on streams.
Had a woman in my home much like this woman. Rented her a “ room”. Then she proceeded to stop paying / taking over my home/ jacked up all my utilities/ refused to leave. Took two court appearances, several sheriffs visits, and elder abuse charges, to rid myself of her. This behavior is spreading.
