YUZU TEA
Yuzu and rock sugar
Ratio is 1 to 1
Before cut yuzu, scrub with kosher salt and rinse under running water.
In a clean sanitized jar, add the chopped pulp, thinly sliced peel, and rock sugar.
Then mix all the ingredients together.
