    《ingredient》
    ・Yuzu (citron) 500~600g
    ・Sugar 400g(80% of Yuzu)
    ・Honey 1 tsp of honey
    《Recipe》
    00:26①Wash the Yuzu, and Thoroughly remove the excess water.
    00:38②Cut it into quarters.
    01:04③Cut the hard part of the core, and remove the pips.
    01:24④Take the fruit flesh.
    01:38⑤Shave the white part with a kitchen knife.
       
    This part is bitter!!
    02:02⑥Shred the Yuzupeel.
    02:22⑦Finely chop your fruit flesh.
    02:35⑧In a bowl, mix Yuzupeel and fruit flesh.
    02:57⑨Mix until the sugar dissolves.
    03:18⑩Put in a jar, and let it rest overnight.
