    Besides her obvious running talent, Allie has a hilarious sense of humor. She's a crackup. She takes her training and racing very seriously; but she has the ability to infuse a tremendous amount of lightheartedness in her vlogs.

    I love Allie’s UA-cam videos. Her humor and humility around running, training, life and her recovery are so good. I love following her professional racing us and downs She is a very good runner and I think she will do great next year.

    Allie is a natural in front of the camera. She seems so relaxed and genuine that her You Tube content is by far my favourite to watch. Just for balance, I’m also a fan of Spencer’s stuff

    As a person who is getting older it was interesting about the weighted vest. I didn't realize it helped with bone density. I do happen to have one and can adjust the weight. I will definitely start using it daily

    I have heard that there have been studies about using a vibration plate can really help with bone density. My grandmas friend used one at 75 years old and her bone scan after came back better than before and the only thing changed was taking calcium and using the vibration plate once a day

    IDK Allie, I personally don't think you can have too much Georgie. Ok, maybe not 100% Georgie, but never underestimate the Georgie draw.
