- In this video I bring you recipe of vegetable spring rolls from scratch. The step by step explanation will help you make you own sheets to make 100% homemade spring rolls. Enjoy!!
[INGREDIENTS]
To make sheets:
- 1 Cup All purpose flour (Maida)
- 6 Tbsp Cornflour
- Salt to taste
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- Some Water
- Some cooking oil
To make the Stuffing & spring rolls:
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp Grated/Crushed ginger
- 1 Tbsp Thinly sliced onion
- 4-5 French beans
- 1 Medium Thinly sliced capsicum
- 1/4 Cup Grated carrot
- 2 Tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1 Tsp White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2-3 Finely chopped green chillies
- 200 gm Thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 Tbsp All purpose flour
- Some water to make paste
- Some cooking oil for frying
