True. There's one who gives you history lessons, but doesn't perfectly show what went in the recipe. Also, cooks the same kind of mutton with varying names. Kunal is so easy to follow and keeps things short and crisp. 👍👍

Made the sheets today ... It only took mi exact 30 minutes to make all the sheets...right from taking out the ingredients from the cabinets to mixing, and preparing batter, readying up the kitchen platform for the mess.. spreading out the utensils.. trying and testing the batter.....and cleaning up the mess later. Everything done in 30 minutes... Not even kidding. And this recipe is foolproof. First two sheets came out a bit thick and out of shape. But later on from 3rd sheet onwards I was on fire. 😂 Did it like a pro. Once you get the hang of it, there's no stopping. It cooks so fast.. like.. literally in less than a minute. My first attempt at making these sheets failed terribly last year. But this time when I saw your version, I felt I could easily do it. And it indeed was easy. Loved it..!!
