I liked the heat meter idea, though! At least, on paper. It's possible you could've tweaked what happened when the heat went up, like maybe instead of the enemies blocking your attacks randomly, they could change in a way that would be noticeable immediately, such as having a certain type of shield that prevented you from grabbing them. Either that or maybe more enemies would appear in the level? I think the idea has a lot of potential, but I'd totally understand if you didn't think it would fit the game.
Don't call your idea dumb. Its a very good idea and I think you should add it. It would have some great replayability. Don't be afraid to share your ideas. No one will make fun of you for it

What if like there was a city level with Italian mafia? Certain enemies could be mafia enemies instead of normal enemies and you would have to plan around that? I’m sorry I just saw cheese with bats and that’s the first thing that came to my mind.

From what I've gathered from reading comments here it sounds like it was an interesting idea, even if it needed some tweaking/reworking and/or to be a separate game mode. But even if you're certain you won't include it it'd still be nice to have it explained.

Side problem, the Noise is too gimmicky. The pogo stick should be his ground pound instead of his dash, the bombs he uses would be better for the bomb power up, and the jet pack should only be usable if you gain enough speed.

so how about a sort of difficulty sytem were you can edit if you have helth or not basicly in a room in the hub you can change the diffculty in a suto difficulty system were you can change the diffculty nothing changes but you now have health and the harder difficulty the lees max health you have

people can criticize ideas, but don't ever be afraid to put them out there. Maybe there is merit to heat system, and giving it thought is never a bad thing.
@@snowob basically if you were doing really good in the level enemies would gain new strategies to make it harder for you, like avoiding your attacks, perhaps countering them entirely, or gaining whole new moves. It's a shame PTG scrapped it so soon... it seemed so much fun.
@@snowob Basically it was that the better you did, the more the enemies would try to slip you up by being more offensive and sometimes defensive. The inspiration was from Godhand, but PTG recognized that it probably was a bad idea so he decided to can the idea
@@snowob so the meter in the video was like a difficulty meter and the more enemies you killed the stronger they would get. They would get new moves and dodge your attempts to kill them. But when they get stronger you earn more points when killing them. But you also lose more points when taking damage. That was the basic idea
