- Anthony wanted to wear his hair back BUT his hair naturally wants to grow forward. Most of his hair is manageable except for the cowlick which refuses to lay down when styled back.
In this video, I use a down perm as a corrective procedure to make his hair lay down, making his styling routine stress-free.

for some reason downperm products has been so scarce lately in my country and got so expensive, would loreal extenso work the same? should i use the neutralizer or can i skip it?

Yes, but even with product, the hair would not lay down. This is something he and I have been struggling with before deciding to do the down perm

@@lucysatanas9938 I styled the hair with product for the sake of the video. Yes it will lay down by itself but will still need to be styled to get great looking hair. Hope this clears up any confusion
lol you just put a hair wax to it, the perm was useless
the perm was a good choice to reduce that cow lick without heavy use of hair product.
