Nice quick walk around for this model. I haven't seen very much on youtube for the ATC brand. I am also interested in the 2513 model, so I can't wait for you to show us more. Thanks for sharing

I think i need to live in a state where they regulate speed for trailers. I try and keep the flow and it hurts the mpg and overall stress. If i keep it 65mph i think I’ll be happier with it. Fully loaded w a sxs in the back soon. I’m thinking I’ll definitely need a sway hitch

I'm not going to hate because I'm jealous!
I'm going to admire the hard work that you did in order to acquire an amazing piece of engineered art that 90% of people out there won't even know what they are seeing but those of us who do will be giving you that knowing nod.

Great video! We just picked up our 2513 over this weekend. Towed it with my 2500HD, did ok but the 6.0 def ain't no diesel! We have the gen option so the tounge weight is well over 1k lbs.

I’m afraid of that, I’ve got a 7000 onan on the way, but even with gen on the site it says 900, so I’m wondering if it’ll be lower on my set up. Have you tried the blue ox or similar. Those distribute the tongue weight a bit and allow you to back up still no difference. I’m thinking ima have to install some on mine. I love my power wagon. Love the camper. Can’t wait to pop it’s cherry this weekend.

@@snakegs4203 I've got the blue ox. Had the dealer install with 1000lbs bars. Drove it 1hr to a campsite for the weekend then 4hr home. Didn't experience any sway, but it bucks the truck pretty good. I think I need to set the bars tighter. We had a few issues with our atc. Gray full light doesn't work so it backed up into the bathroom sink, entry door doesn't shut all the way and today I learned the tracks in the floor are loose and want to pull out when using tie downs. I would recommend testing everything as soon as you can. It's a beautiful and beefy trailer, that's for sure, but even the best still have a few minor issues.

I tow a 2021 ATC 2513 with my 2020 RAM Power Wagon as well! I use the Andersen weight distribution hitch and it works great. Very easy to hook up and disconnect since it's chains. I pull from Sacramento to Nevada up i80 just fine when going to Sand Mountain, NV. Downside is my average gas milage is 8mpg after each trip.

It’s terrible. I switched up shortly after this video.
Especially w an after market exhaust, mpg was horrible and running hundreds of miles at 3500+ rpm got noisy. Fun ass truck and wished i could have 2 trucks. But love my 2500.

Had to laugh, you Started your video off with the exact words my friend had for his new power Wagon. They were trying to handle a full 5th wheel with it. I would really recommend a full weight distribution hitch for that trailer. Once you get a couple toys in that ATC it will be pushing your truck around otherwise. - I have a 2020 ATC 2823 - and it was no fun on my Ram 1500 (had the 3:21 ratio 8 speed transmission) once it was loaded, even with a Weight Distribution hitch. Beautiful trailer man!

It’s nice for 4 wheelers but won’t hold a 2 seater 72” wide SxS. I hate when they say the garage is like 16 foot long, when in fact 8 foot inside the garage you start running into cabinets. Therefor your usable garage space is only like 8 feet. LoL. SxS manufacturers need to separate the difference between a 4 wheeler toy hauler and a SxS toy hauler. Very frustrating when you get really excited to go pick up Your new toy hauler you have been waiting for, for so long only to find out your garage may be 16’ long but only 8’ of it is usable. That was a waisted 10 hour round trip and they would not even pay me for my fuel I wasted because they lied to me.

    • @stgraves260
      @stgraves260 3 роки тому +1

@@snakegs4203 I had to read my statement again to make sure I knew what I said. My SxS is 74” wide and just shy of 11’ long. Your wolverine is 64” wide if it’s stock. That’s what I’m talking about. They keep bringing about how long the garage is but never the width. Length and width are very important. They only part that is wide enough to fit my SxS in is not even 8’ long. 64” would definitely be the max wide on the SxS unit to fit in that toy hauler, and that barely gives you 2” on each side for clearance. On top of that that 15’ garage is more like 12’ garage because of the refrigerator sticks out so much up front. I am very glad it worked for you. They seam to be nice trailers.

@@snakegs4203 oh I didn’t purchase it on line, I went down there to go pay for it and pick it up based of the dimensions they gave me. When they opened the back to show me the unit I said there is no way that garage is 81” wide. They told me it was up to the first cabinet which was not even 8’ from the back door. That’s what made me mad. I gave them my full dimensions of my SxS and they said it would fit no problem. I guess I can cut it in half to load it up in there and just weld it back together every time I want to go ride. LoL

@@snakegs4203 I just have a 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 Quad Cab HEMI. It tows 10,200 lbs. I just don’t want to tow more than 7,000 - 7,500 lbs. My truck is equipped with the electric breaks. I feel like just because it can doesn’t mean you should. I still need to be able to stop. I’m just trying to be smart about it. I found a 22’ bumper pull Sundowner toy box hauler as they call it. It has the spread torsion axles. The GVWR is 7500 lbs and the empty weight is 5540. It has a 12’11” garage that is 7’8”wide on the inside of fenders. After my SxS and all my extras are loaded it’s just under 7500 lbs. Sundowner makes a few goosenecks also. I’m looking at the Toy Hauler 1686 GM with a 15’11” garage. It’s overall length is 32’ but 8’ of that is gooseneck. They call it a 24’ because the size of the box. I’m still trying to fine out what the weight of it is.

They can carry my sxs and dirt bikes. You can’t compare them to much out there unless you get crazy expensive and heavy. They are a great value but they are not the “value choice”.
I’d say to a comparable unit, lesser brand that won’t last forever, probably 25-40% more.
Otd on this was 65. You can get something for 20 that’ll hold your bikes and a 4 wheeler maybe.
They are the best but I’m already noticing not perfect. Thanks for watching. I’ll be doing a full blown review next week.

Need to consider the difference in "Cost" Upfront an ATC will be at least 40% more expensive than any similar sized standard toy hauler... But the ATC's will last you a lifetime if maintained. I.E. you will be buying 2 or three new toy haulers over the normal life span of one of these.

@@danielstewart7732 not many bumper pulls can fit a 4 seater sxs. Plus this holds value. I could literally sell today for 10k more if i wanted to. In 4-6 years, it’ll still be a great “monthly cost calculation” once i realize the sold price and what i paid. It’ll be a great deal. Vs the junk trailers that hold no value bc the quality and fit n finish isn’t there.

@@snakegs4203 100% agree, We haul our Polaris Ranger XP Crew in ours, and love it. I think people get sticker shock looking at the price tag on these, with out considering the future values on the camper. In 10 years my ATC will still be worth 70-80% of what I paid for it... In ten years the other toy haulers will be worth 10% of the original purchase price.

The 900# tongue weight is probably with batteries full propane and the optional generator that sits in the cradle on the front.
