Background
Investors who lost money in FTX's bankruptcy have until September 29, 2023 ($ PM USA ET), to submit a claim for that money , according to a June 29 decision by the US Bankruptcy Court of Delaware. Claimants are now able to make new submissions for assets they owned on the exchange before it went bankrupt.
FTX, the cryptocurrency exchange declared bankruptcy in November 2022, is leading to withdrawal restrictions for account holders. Now, affected investors have a brief window to reclaim some of their assets via a quick bankruptcy claim.

Deadline to file in US proof of claim is over long time back, but you can still file a claim in the Bahamas proceeding. These videos might be useful to you:

I did find my customer code in the one of the customer schedules. It showed my USD balance as well. Under "Contingent,
Unliquidated, or Disputed Indicator" it showed nothing, and under "Earn Indicator" it shows "yes", but I'm not sure what either of these actually mean for me

No. You've got nothing to worry about unless your claim is classified as contingent, Unliquidated, or Disputed.

I found myself as "contingent" in one of files.
I filed a claim today as soon as I noticed the deadline was already announced and passed.
