Excellent question. As per the documents, we will receive substantially the same return at the same time irrespective of whichever process they make a claim in. Thus, Bahamas process is also likely to pay in USD equivalent terms and not in crypto - just like US proceeding. This is also evident from the claim value as noted in the step by step video (ua-cam.com/video/6QHECmZED8E/v-deo.htmlsi=28cQ9je3PxntIp6Q). There's limited clarity on taxation in Bahamas case. Bahamas generally does not impose withholding taxes on most outbound payments, including interest and dividends, but we'll need to wait for greater clarity on this.

If you are confident that you’ve correctly claimed in Australia, the you do not need to claim again in Bahamas. As per the email from PWC, you are welcome to claim again which implies that there is not going to be any harm and no breaking rules. Disclaimer: this is not legal advise

you need to file it again.. assets are so commingled between FTX and Alameda and others that the court has decided to putt them all together.. its also written in the email or a link within the email...

As per the current disclosures, you do not need to file again if you are confident that you have correctly filed through Krolls already!

Excellent question. I’ll cover this on my next video. As per my current understating, have the choice to select either of the two processing - US or Bahamas. I’ll assess this in details in the next video. US case has progressed much faster as noted from the claim submission deadline of Sept 2023 in US compared to 15 May 2023 in Bahamas. However, US litigation too is facing appeal as mentioned in the following video: ua-cam.com/video/yK1NKzKcA5U/v-deo.htmlsi=m28NksSnghMoV7rR As it stands today, both processes are being coordinated to attempt closure at similar timing and with similar distributions.
