You can’t carry everything and we can’t know exactly what will happen so, we should start with a good bag, even if that’s all you have for preps that way better than nothing, something happens you can put stuff in you find on the way, then just get the absolute basics, most people over think this like their taking a trip to a new planet, every day you wipe your butt, toilet paper in a ziplock bag with no round cardboard in the middle, see you will need it and you will want it every day and if it’s in your bag when nothing bad is going on yet you can’t get to the store you can still clean your butt, next wet wipes, you won’t be able to take a shower for a while so you can clean wash your face etc, see now you have 2 very useful items, I see someone putting giant 1st aid kits in but you may never even use it and it takes up room and adds weight, a extra mre will be used, a bottle of water will be used, a pair of wool socks will be used, I hope you get what I’m saying here
Thank you for the information I packed mine both for winter and summer because one day it can be real hot and then really really cold.. great info. Be safe.
Thank you. The pouches are pen organizers from Walmart, haha. Got a pretty good deal during school close out sale. The blister bandages are made by Johnson & Johnson, but plenty of companies make them. They're called Hydro Seal Bandages.
