Carbon prints are so beautiful. What we see on the screen though is only a representation of what the print really is. Your great work still shines, thanks for sharing it with us! Glad to know that there are ways to get good results from imperfect negatives.
Andrew, I've been printing low contrast soft focus negatives for almost 20 years now. Remember when they told us you had to have a negative density range of 1.8 to 2.4. Well that works and is fine. But, my negatives can be quite interesting sometimes. Knowing how to find the "balance" is the key. Nice job. I've even printed negatives (8x10 and up, film) with nets of 1.02DR and made beautiful carbon prints! Don't give away all of our secrets! LOL.
Both are great, I'm in digital negs realm only. Now I'm trying to learn quadtonerip profile for pc windows, but there is not to much information for pc users.
wow so beautiful.

Thanks, David. You are so right. Carbon prints need to be held in one's hand to be truly appreciated.
As someone who aspires to own an 8x10 someday it was nice to see how good the print using digital negative looked!

I've tried QTR on a PC but I feel it's easier to use on a Mac.
