Don’t wait so long with pouring the coffee. Pour it as soon as the foam builds up. Pour it before the large bubbels appear and you’ll get your crema :)

You need to apply low-medium heat ... otherwise coffee will get burned!

Fail! Hardly any crema and you used the handle to tighten it! That’s a big no,no. 😏

3. If you want to really achieve the best results with the brikka, use cold water, jiggle the top part to make sure it's free/loose, use cold water, low-mid heat, remove the brikka WAY earlier from the stove - just when you start to hear the creamy-airy noise of the final pour of crema AND COOL THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BRIKKA WITH cold water from your tapso it stops brewing.
P. S - USE MORE COFFEE

Es una mierda me compre en Amazon hace dos meses la brikka y llevo 27 cafés distintos y no hay manera algunos dicen que el recipiente de donde el café el que trae de fábrica no sirve y que hay que cambiarlo por uno de 4 tazas pero de la moka normal y sacará más crema este vídeo es como queda de verdad y aveces menos pero esa espuma no crema se va enseguida me cabrea que no salga nadie diciéndolo

Das ist Espresso. Die Brikka hat ein Ventil welches sich erst bei 9Bar öffnet. Mit der Brikka macht man also Espresso - mit den klassischen Herdkannen wird es Mokka
