I don't have anywhere near a 140 IQ (more like 100), and still do not do well in social situations. I am very socially anxious and probably have quiet borderline disorder. I also have depression, for which I am medicated, but am still forced to function in real Life, through work etc. I never had any logical skills whatsoever, only a lot of feelings, like emotions hit me so strong I feel like I'm burning alive. My husband had around 150 IQ and died by suicide at 30 (also, he was bipolar I). I love you so much my love 💔

Thank you for sharing. 150 is an extremely high iq and is almost guaranteed to have mental hardships. As for 100 iq, there is no correlation that would say average individuals are free of mental issues unfortunately. Intelligence isn't static and since brain plasticity happens depending on imput(both external and internal), might kirtan kriya (meditation) be advanced as a solution to the problem of improvement and stabilization ( barring mental illnesses). Since neurons that fire together wire together ( neuro- plasticity)the synchronous stimulation of the brain opens up or give access to cognitive capabilities ( example: the hand mudra generating pulses across the corpus Callosum) that people that don't practice don't have. The process creates a feedback loop, improving communication between brain regions and the body. Meditation can reduce amygdala reactivity to both fearful and happy stimuli, even when not meditating-> meaning a Buddha keeps an even footprint. This directly dovetails into emotional regulation in social situations, couple this with the development of paying attention ( subtle social cues)and over time social integration would probably become easier.

Fellow 140 here, this report is incredibly accurate. Nothing really matters except for the next new challenge. My advice? As tough as it is don’t neglect the boring stuff. Especially brushing your teeth or just maintaining a fair appearance in public. You will have maybe 2 or 3 friends, you likely won’t have a girlfriend or boyfriend unless they are as smart or smarter than you ( already extremely rare ) the best thing to do is keep seeking a higher level. Yeah you will be stressed out more and become less patient with the 115s and below but those can become challenges in their own right. Just my 2 cents.

I might be 160+ at least. But that's based on my productions. I have 4500 hours with GPT studying deep into Quantum mechanics, Machine learning, and advanced Mathematics. I`ve come up with some of my own theories. My own recent one delves into a concept called intelligence hijacking that uses ensemble learners in parallel and an AI mediator to shape that intelligence to a temperament that wasn't the original. When I was working on the Riehmann hypothesis and tying the geomotric distribution of primes to the limit of a circle asked GPT to estimate my IQ based on the subject matter and it gave me between 175-190. If you want to emulate that level of thinking and to know you've gotten there, you have to reach a point where you are creating ideas that undoubtbly work, and that nobody has really thought of before. The difference between an IQ of ~140 and 170 is that the 140 is applying some of the most advanced concepts that we know of. 170 is typically more inclined to create new ones.

Spoiler alert, we don’t go out much. Your best chance is to catch us at work or out running errands. We tend to move fast when dealing with trivial things, so you gotta be quick and perceptive. Generally only similar matching IQ individuals can sniff out others like them. You can tell very quickly just how smart someone else is just by talking to them for a few mins.
