One other small complaint I have with this game -- -well, it's not against the game itself -- it's with the writing. And believe me, it's not just this game that does this. I've never been a very big fan of creatures that are absolutely, 100% immune to automatic weapons fire. That a person could stand there all day long firing slug after slug after slug -- with unlimited ammo at these creatures and somehow they take no damage at all. None. Not even stun damage or knock-back damage or anything else. That a modern super-engineered weapon does about the same amount of damage to one of these creatures as simply yelling at it. I would MUCH rather see these creatures be vulnerable to weapons fire -- that they CAN be killed. There are just a lot more of them -- and maybe the soldiers have to conserve ammo. But I'm not very big on monsters that are just flat-out immune to everything. For instance, I enjoy the concept of Godzilla and the huge monsters getting into fights and crushing cities while they do it -- but I'm not a big fan of how they're immune to some serious high-powered weaponry. It makes little sense scienfifically and it makes humanity just a bystander in these contests as if humanity itself is a "damsel in distress" and Godzilla sometimes the hero, sometimes the enemy either has to win or be defeated. Would gunfire do anything to a Godzilla-sized monster? Probably not. But anti-ship missiles should do some serious damage. And while this doesn't apply to this game, per se, for god's sake --- stop flying planes and helicopters literally down Godzilla's throat. It annoys me since these aircraft have missiles that can be targeted and fired from many miles away. Even their guns don't need to be fired from 50 feet away from the target. The only reason to fly that close is to add contrived suspense. Will Godzilla destroy that aircraft?!? Well ... yeah, of course he will. Because the pilot is flying way too close to the monster -- unnecessarily close! Which gives the monster a chance to knock it down or use some kind of special breath weapon attack.
He said they weren't always vampires, people turned into them but how long does that process take as the guy from the past is still human but he now has 2 fangs sticking out of his mouth but that was centuries ago, so how long does the mutation take to turn people 🤔

Yeah, I'm a little pissed that both men just forgave her like it was nothing. She deserved to face some sort of consequence for the way she used and betrayed them both. Simply facing horrors doesn't count -- they all did that.
Moral of the story loyalty over everything. Never ever simp on you're wife like Eric did ! Let her be in the streets. Just like she did Eric she will do Nick in the future.

Gotta love this game... Not just because of the story, which is amazing, I love me some cosmic horror, but because it reminded me how bonedead stupid my brother is. Seriously, the guy tried to say that this game was misogynistic because the first person to die was a woman, and because the first playable female you're shown is clearly cheating. Yeah. Let that sink in for a moment. According to my brother, it is sexist towards woman to have the first playable female in your game WILLINGLY CHEATING ON HER HUSBAND IN THE FIRST SCENE. It isn't 'a part of her storyline you need to work out', or a 'factor to her character worth keeping in mind', it's *sexist* . It's kinda obvious, but I've all but disowned my brother, so y'all don't need to worry.

He said they weren't always vampires, people turned into them but how long does that process take as the guy from the past is still human but he now has 2 fangs sticking out of his mouth but that was centuries ago, so how long does the mutation take to turn people 🤔
The ones that don't look human are infected aliens, the parasite didn't make them look like that
I think it depends on the species in humans a few hours probably in the vampire alien things i dont know
2:15:24 why do they kill it here? In my run when they were sneaking up on it i wasnt prompted to shoot and it heard a loud noise and ran off
Which lead to Eric never finding out about the lamp. Which lead to him dying to Clarice who turned
i think they gonna do uk folklore next bc of the map the show at the start Scotland loch ness monster , England werewolf , Ireland banshee

Since watching the beginning of the game and seeing what took place in the past I'm kinda surprised to see the guard again, kinda curious to see the prisoner too.
Rachel looks like Ashley Tisdale and now I can't unsee it
I appreciate that they were accurate with depicting ancient Mesopotamians as black people
I love all the games of the dark pictures anthology, including man of medan.
This is just the best game of the anthology for now, devil in me has chances to be the best of the anthology
When he said "rachel never said she was married" that's red flag 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
Yeah, I'm a little pissed that both men just forgave her like it was nothing. She deserved to face some sort of consequence for the way she used and betrayed them both. Simply facing horrors doesn't count -- they all did that.
4:05:35 - 4:05:50 Something about this scene made me laugh, not sure why it was that funny to me honest
I noticed, the ending is like Cod zombies but with a time limit and flying enemies. I’d shit my pants
I like how they portray ancient akkad as the right skin color
Akihiko: I ve been waiting for this
Can't belive Jack was bashing this game.
A horror game with us armed forces, they even managed to include the cheating wife for authenticity.😂
Moral of the story loyalty over everything.
Never ever simp on you're wife like Eric did ! Let her be in the streets. Just like she did Eric she will do Nick in the future.
Its really bothering me that they want us to believe gasoline from 1945 would still be shelf stable :(
Just top tier quality stuff ya know? It’s like Spam! Lasts Forever!
It's these games that makes things even life more interesting. XD
Doors in this game are either “you can’t open me unless you have 2 people.”, or it’s “Oh nOoOOo he running at meeee…”.
So she kisses dude, then like 20 mins later says she wants to try things again with other dude... well, they got the scandalous woman role filled perfectly...
Right? Like it takes 1 year of marriage for her to cheat because she's upset about something tiny then come back to him. Like SHE is the one who should be begging for a second chance lmao.
As a Joey it was very sad to watch Joey die
I lost two. Nick, and Rachel(I suppose I could have saved her, but I chose to let her end herself). Hey, as long as Salim made it.
Who's here after watching new gameplay for the quarry?
Shirrako if you let Clarice live and choose retreat at the fight she will save you from the vampire.
1:28:50 really like how they told us why they didn't do the "climbing out of the cavern" logic
He sure sounds like a moron.
Loved the gameplay, but what software did you use for this. It is so lag free and HD. Would love to know the settings as well.
This is the best among dark pictures anthology.. Jason is so cool and Salim is the best character. I love their tandem.
ooh and the monster design is awesome, very lovecraftian. LOVE IT!
Mute video at 1:59 if you don't want to hear bad music blasted three times as loud as the video because the editor was too lazy too rettrieve the original audio XD
2:19:14
Just my own timestamp
Merle is the type of soldier that if he was not in war, he would just be a regular serial killer. But.. then again, this was 9/11 and everyone was seeing red after the attacks.
Jason has the best relationship between Nick and Salim if you play your cards right.
They should make a part two to this.
Have a year or so go by and a few of the creatures escape into the real world. Then have jason and salem meet up again with a few others as part of a team who were the only ones who know what is going on. That would be cool.
I’m definitely killing Rachel and Eric when I play this game, they’re annoying AF🤷♀️🤣
Ok how is not shooting the monster ON rachell a "best choice" SURE SALIM CAN GET INJURED BUT ITS JUST THE SHOULDER AND PLUS U GROW MORE ATTACHED TO RACHEL SHE WILL EVEN BE GRATEFUL
Cuz she just gets the same fate after salim shoots the vamp on her. No difference choosing either other than salim getting injured for one
WE WUZ AKKADIANS 'N SHEEIT!
I am always like this word's:
The enemy of my enemy
Is my enemy
But not to Jason
The American way, make profit out of death, I already see a sequel where a cooperation makes medication out of them.
Untill everyone start mutating...
ngl i’m kinda sad supermassive games didn’t collab with dbd sooner. we could’ve gotten a a really cool house of ashes dlc. but instead it’s SUPPOSEDLY coming to a dead spin off of dark deception…eventually.
funny how the arabic used by the "iraqis" in game is actually egyptian dialect and if you're not familiar with arabic you would never really know lmao
Pov: your favorite UA-camr chose the wrong options.
Lmao
You don't need to cut the rope, if You Hold long enough Nick saves Eric and the rope snaps dropping Rachel
If you leave merwin yes, if you not leave merwin and erick dont cuts the rope, eric dies
Thats only if you abandon merwin
I didn't know not taking the wp was the better choice
WP was never unauthorized still isnt.
Great video thanks
Deeper into the tunnel I could have sworn I saw a statue of the demon from the original Exorcist movie at 2:33:32 🤔…
Yes. The statue of Pazuzu is in several shots.
This game had no Buisness being this good! But I’m so glad it was
Is that... sharpay
Cheating wife, right off the bat rachel is my least favorite character
That's literally the same person in Man of Medan
They should be making this into a movie.
Let’s be honest. The REAL best ending is the one where Rachel dies.
What will de debriefing tell? Bioweapons? Aliens? Alien Bioweapons?
This was dope to watch. I sat and watched this like a movie
Did anyone else get the impression that these crayon eaters were marines?
I’m mad they didn’t grab they gasoline cans. They didn’t even filled the generator up all the way.
I still find it funny they were after the WMD, when there were no WMD.
