Every time I hear that story it sounds like bagwell was trying to bully helms and it backfired can t pick on everyone and getaway with it
A figure-four leglock would be perfectly legal in amateur wrestling... if a bit useless and a good way to actually get beat by someone who has even the slightest clue what they are doing if you attempted it. But a general figure-four is nothing but a kind of scissor-type hold where you lock one of your ankles behind the other knee. It's the only legal leg-hold to use on someone's head, but you won't see it very often.
I never knew Shane was this cool of a guy. Its a reason to not judge a book by its cover

i dont know why, but shane helms has my ear every time he opens his mouth. not just as a worker, but as a guest on podcasts. Some people have "IT", that magnetism to just draw others attention. I enjoy every conversation i hear.

I have never heard Shane interviewed before, but after listening to his version of the Buff Bagwell incident he sounds more credible. He seems humble and down to earth. Buff seems like he has a chip on his shoulder and is always trying to convince people he was a victim and hero simultaneously.

That Booker t and buff Bagwell match wasn't THAT bad, but listening to buff whining about EVERYTHING. I can tell buff was a buzz kill/back stabber from his "shoot interviews".
shane helms once again showing that most of the good guys in the business don't get to have the push they deserve. atleast he can hold his head high because he always had the business's best interests at heart!
Hurricane was one of the best entertainers in wwe history. And he had sooo many unique moves and to nail them all convincingly and without seriously getting hurt or the opponent is just superb. What a great entertainer

Plovy he was a very good worker be it big or small guys. look at his matches with kane or undertaker. he made them look like monsters. was a good talker with very good comedic timing. most cruiserweights couldnt talk for shit, and even thou had a shit gimmick he got over that people still remember
