he's also in a position where it would be easy for people to hate him solely for being vince's son, but they still like him. even guys who dont have anything to lose by shitting on him
@@makaveli4205Everyone close to the McMahon family knows that there is a split. Vince/Steph Linda/shane. The sick behaviour of Vince was known decades ago and the family made a choice.
Not sure Shane is correct on the origins of The Undertaker character. Paul Bearer was brought in after Taker was already active and on tv. Pretty sure that Bruce Prichard wanted a dark character to juxtapose against his Brother Love gimmick and they already had the name on their list of potential characters. They just needed the right guy to come in and be believable. That was Mark Calaway, who was briefly billed as Kane the Undertaker at first. Brother Love was Taker's first ringside manager, but in less than a month, they hired William Moody (Percy Pringle), an actual former mortician, to be The Undertaker's manager Paul Bearer. Paul was a better fit and could also do house shows, which Bruce couldn't do because he was on the creative team; and he had to be in Stamford most of the week.
This is a fine interview for a McMahon, but it'd be nice to hear from someone in that family without it sounding like a perpetual advertisement for their company. Be a person sometimes, not just a corporation! Good to have Steve asking some good questions though. Austin don't care who you are. He's not afraid to throw a few hardballs in there when he's hosting the interview...
Yes... there is something special about Und we takers eneterance to the ring, it represents darkness as a partial answer and a phnom such as how Giant Gonzalex was a brown color-themed individual based upon such as his attire and Kane was "The Big Red Machine" which of course as the Undertaker's brother....
I got a cousin who looks just like Shane, me an my baby bro always call him Shane O Mac 🤣🤣 p.s No one ever talks about Shane's fantastic daredevil spirit 👌
Shane O is one of the few people in the wrestling business everyone talks good about.
Ya I wish he ran WWE instead of Vince. I wonder what he does now? Triple H kind of took over his spot.

@makaveli4205 I will never understand why Vince mcmahon put hhh ahead of his own son.
@@Ali_Raza808you think WWE gets to where it is with nepotism above all?
Horrible way to run any business

1:21:25 Shane talks undertaker match and receipt
Shane vs Kurt Angle. King of the Ring 2001. Epic.
"The territories dried up". Hm, you think? The chuckles said it all.
Vince killed the territories
I listen to this 3 years ago or more and I'm back
Shanes best match was against Kurt Angle king of the ring.
Steve Blackman match was nuts, too.
Yep 2001. Incredible
Shane was always brave af

I heard Shane is a legitimate Tuff Guy💯🥋💪⚒️
I don't know how " tough" he is. Doesn't seem like he can fight. But he does go for over the top moments, that he never had to.
He trains MMA with Phil Nurse.

You've had all of the McMahon Family on except for Stephanie what's up
She really doesn't want anything to do with wrestling anymore. Triple H took over everything.
Drag your nails down the chalkboard for an hour. It'll be the same experience...
He didn’t have Linda McMahon, but she’s boring anyway.

Shane really gave it to Austin.
Shane rulz. One of my favourite wrestlers in the Attitude Era.
