Dude! The Jeep did an awesome job and so did you especially considering the little bit of practice you’ve had in it. Drive on man you’re the best in my book!
That bus is really cool, you've done a great job getting it back into reliable condition. And your backyard gasser is awesome, I think you should keep your eye out and try and horse trade yourself a big block for it. Or maybe turbocharging? I'd love to see the way you go about building a turbo kit with only used/free parts, your skillset and attitude makes for great learning and entertainment. Regardless, a great video from one of my favourite channels.
Might look sketchy but in reality it’s pretty well put together. In comparison , Years ago they used “muffler molly” exhaust tubing for frame rails and roll cages in the early drags. “Wild Willie” Borsch of the “Winged Express” Top Fuel Altered was interviewed in a Hot Rod magazine article as revealing that back in the day they just used exhaust tubing or “muffler molly” as he called it, for frames and cages. If they wrapped it up into the wall they would just cut off the bent parts and weld in new exhaust tubing. Ready for the next weekend. Interesting story….. scary if true, but Willie Borsch worked at a muffler shop in LA in the 50’s-60’s so the story is probable.
Dude, you're awesome!! I've been trying to break into 13s with my 97 5.2 AWD ZJ and its not easy to do without spending lots of cash which isn't happening.. I can't wait to see what you're gonna do next!!
I really enjoy your videos and your sense of humor. I still think your video on the small boat in the kids swimming pool has to be the funniest video I've ever seen on you tube.
Dear LBG 👍👌👏 Yes, I totally agree, you and your vehicles did well. I hope to see you investing a bit more work in the bus. This good old family vehicle definitely deserves it. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck especially health to all of you.
A total go-wrap... but myself, yah, think you could spend a bit more time on the bus as you're probably going to have and use it the rest of your days. TBH, 13 in that jeep is about 13 seconds faster than I'd want to drive it 🙂
Thanks for showing the world you don't need something new to have a good time! I don't care for the new stuff. Cost to much and is it any better when u crash it? Love your simple style. I have been dragging broken parts over boulders for years. And I don't wanna quit because I have young ones running around. Redirected funds! Thanks
I love your attitude of seeing everything as an opportunity, even when most would give up. And the lope of that engine! Sounds similar to the intro to Hot for Teacher
What is wild is, you're doing this anyway! It is just a little bit more to record it. Well, maybe a little more than that. Thank You J. for sharing your genius with us.
Only the best. That Jeep will cream the competition once you work out the "bugs". (You are spot on; the inconsistencies were what "threw" your (mental) built in "shift sequence". It happens to us all, at one time and/or another. That engine is a monster. I know. I ride a ZX1400.)
I used the Hopkins trailer light adaptors on several motorcycles, with no issues. My Nighthawk has 4" bus taillights (LED) added to the ammo box panniers & I wired them to be taillights, brake lights, and turn signals, with the stock (center) taillight wire cut (so it's brake light only}.
Like many others i,m sure, i watch many you tube channels. Yours is by far now my favourite as you still do real world repairs and fabrication with tools we all have or can have. Thanks for sharing, please don,t change. Paul (UK)
Yep, definitely some extra special bonus wins here! My memories of racing are that it was always handy to have a few mates around to push your car forward whilst it was in the staging queue. Save wear and tear on the starter! 🤣
Your approach to life is so direct and intuitive! If someone can figure out how to put just a bit of that in a pill and prescribe it to these youngsters the world would get along better ! Keep up the great content!!!
Great job. I love watching your videos. Especially the old military vehicles. The halftracks, the Mutt truck, and the old jeeps. Can't wait to see what's next
Very enjoyable. I can relate to the later and later and later starts. Sometimes I have a full year to get ready....and still......... tHanks for the great video!
Just out of international interest, the EU plug is 13 pin round with a constant live and a fridge line. The left and right hand side lights are split. I actually like it :o)
Hey buddy, great video! I’ve been watching you tube for years and this is my first time watching one of your videos. I really appreciate you explaining things as you fabricate. Top notch stuff bud. I’m a pipe welder pipe fitter myself and have worked in fab shops before and you definitely know your stuff!
I wonder if you realize how much joy you bring to others by watching your genius and problem solving talent.
Thanks for another fun adventure.
*- Agreed, Joseph. Thanks for saying better than I what I was thinking, too.*
Man, that’s awesome to get such high praise from Mr Freiburger. Well deserved. Bravo! Looking forward to the next video.
Casual background audio of THE David Freiburger saying you're legit. Big congrats, my guy. You're doing good work.
Love all the praise from Freiburger! Would have been interested hearing what Dulcich had to say about it too :D

I reckon a compressed air supercharging system could make a lot of power gains, and he's probably already got all the necessary bits laying around.
Watching you shift the gears with acceleration building, seeing the rival car over your shoulder going even faster makes an exciting action movie
Definitely a win, win, win, win, win. On the edge of my chair the entire video. One of the bestest on UA-cam 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Your the man, old school.
Showing your family a great time.
This is how Americans did stuff in the 50s and sixties.
Not too freaking shabby for something that unconventional and built in your garage. Excellent.
I hear derrick in the background man that looks fun
