HMS are Canadian Royalty, We don't have a ton of Great Bands but we got a few (HMS/PLATINUM BLONDE/RUSH/TROOPER/DAYGLO ABORTIONS/D.O.A./BRYAN ADAMS) etc etc.Thses guys are still going and are great Live.

I'll never forget I first saw these guys in my hometown in southern Ontario in 1986. Loved them then and I still do, great Canadian Rock band !
Yeah I saw them in 84 maple leafs gardens they opened for Triumph good show.
HONEYMOON SUITE - Racing After Midnight = Premium hard rock/metal long-play recordings| Fantastic opus of supreme guitar-based rock and roll songwriting, completely confirms once and for all, that the band has the streetwise grit and grime to step outside their melodic ballads, put the pedal to the metal and kick ass. This album has aged very well as we listen in 2020. An amazing band.

This song is one of my favorites to jam out to I never got a chance to see these guys live but I can only imagine that they sounded just as good live as they did in the studio.

Do these guys count as a hair band? They have the look and vibe, but it sounds more like typical arena rock (Night Ranger, Survivor, Foreigner style)
AOR for sure. Actually the first AOR I liked. Really strong songs.
