How do you feel about Covered call ETFs? I don't have the experience to sell SCHD myself. But I hope the ETF management does. I just really want to know more about these things before investing, only if someone can put me through.
My concern is whether I can continue to sustain my standard of living with $550k and avoid outliving my savings. Every withdrawal makes me a bit unsettled
@@RonnieWine I'm approaching retirement and having a financial advisor has been helpful. I started investing later than most, so relying on compound interest from Etf's or bonds alone wasn’t enough for me. Despite that, I’ve managed to do well and am on track to retire with around $2 million
@@RonnieWine I usually avoid making specific recommendations because everyone's situation is unique. However, my experience with Julie Ann Lerch has been quite positive. You might find it worthwhile to see if her approach fits your needs
@@EbrahamAljalil I looked for the name online and found her page. I will get InTouch with her, Thanks for the help I emailed and made inquiries. Thanks for the help
Yeah, there’s a reconstitution every quarter or so. Not a bad idea to update, but there’s a lot of other creators speaking about the reconstitution already.
TFLO seems to be a bond ETF. Personally, I don’t hold bonds. If I want to de-risk and hold something more cash-like, I hold 1yr high-yield CDs instead. Thank you for watching and commenting.
No problem, always do your due diligence when it comes to financial entertainment. Take all UA-cam info with skepticism, including my own. There’s a lot of garbage out there.
@@kyleheller2924 Its investment methodology is NOT to focus on growth, its investment methodology is to track the Nasdaq-100. Sure, this methodology has performed very well, but it tracks an index, not growth stocks. There are many stocks within the ETF that would not be classified as growth stocks.
Honestly, not a bad combo. There is a bit of overlap between JEPI and JEPQ though, but not much. Keep in mind I made this video with the assumption that an investor already holds SCHD, or wants to hold it and is looking for another ETF. To me, JEPQ offers amazing income, but I don’t exactly enjoy the NASDAQ as the underlying. That’s just me though, and for others that may be fine. Thank you for the comment, I appreciate you watching.
The holdings of SCHD change quarterly. As such, the holdings stated in this video are not up to date.

I'm doing Jepi and Schd, but will probably add Voo later for long term balance and growth
Great video .. I currently have Schd with jepi and jepq . Was thinking about swapping out jepi with spyi but not sure yet
Schd/pey
Will add VTI or VOO
And will research jepi
Voo schd and dgro
SCHD holdings changed a lot. Maybe update this video?

Would it be weird to add TFLO on a portfolio like this?

hank pym?
What about schg?
I don’t think SCHG would be a bad choice either, VUG and SCHG are pretty comparable.
Schd/dgro
Not a bad combination, pretty similar to SCHD + VIG. Although, I think people that want more growth would still be better with VUG.
Alot of ETFs overlap
QQQ
Yeah, I own that one right now. The concern is that QQQ simply tracks the Nasdaq-100, not necessarily focused on growth.
@@sunshineinvesting lol it’s literally the best performing growth ETF of all time

JEPI/JEPQ 50/50 for high income IMO
