Ena is such a unique character. In the past it's always been really jarring to go from one season to the next and have a change of actors/voice actors for any particular series. Ena does the same thing, by having multiple voices crammed into the same character. And it just works like magic
This is a completely different ena so there's a change both this ena and the other ena will both show up around the same time although the other enas story kinda ended

Random observation, the meanie side has a lot more rounded parts, like they are more genuine and truthful in their annoyance, while the salesperson side is all sharp and almost sly in a way. Very fitting!
You may be experiencing pareidolia. _A lot more?_ I fail to see *any* roundedness to the meanie side. As a matter of fact, I don't see any geometric differences at all, with the exception of the eye being upsidedown.

I too prefer the original voices but I can recognize that the new voices are absolutely stellar and interesting to listen to. It also makes me wonder how the split personality of this Ena plays into the story as a whole. Cause this one seems a lot more like "Salesman" and "Anger" type personalities.

in-universe, there appears to be more than one kind of ena, so this could be one of them, hence different voices
Hey guys! Voice of ENA Salesperson here :) Thank you so much for your support & excitement for the game. I've been following along with ENA's adventures for a while now & I'm really nervous/excited to take on this incredible character! I'm a big fan of what Gabe & Lizzie (my good friend) has done with Happy/Sad ENA, and hope you'll look forward to what Salesperson/Meanie ENA has in store. She's going to be a lot of fun :)

@@zecaneca3774 Considering the first iteration of ENA was someone who mixed negativity and positivity by bearing a pessimistic and anxious personality (with the blue side) and blending it with a jovial and gregarious one (with the yellow side), it makes sense that the Dream BBQ iteration blends the good and bad sides of an employee/salesman; an articulate and charismatic persona that knows how to negotiate with people and perform their job to a sterling standard, mixed with a boorish one that doesn't enjoy their work, finds professionalism a waste of time and dislikes the kinds of people they have to butter up + the idea of sugar-coating what they say.
I'm glad that they're giving ENA new personalities, but at the same time I miss ENA's old voices. Can't wait for DREAM BBQ to come out!

If a victim discovers what has happened to them these worms will misuse equipment and manpower to stalk, shame, mock, and generally try to make the lives of the people affected by this as hellish as possible both offline and online. They follow victims in person and try to intimidate or harass them. They generally use different people who act as though they aren't affiliated with each other and don't do anything they can be arrested for at the time of the harassment. They think they can shame and mock their victims into silence because some of what happens is coerced. These are depraved cowards that gather in to harass solitary women and children just to protect deviant SAers

This is a different Ena from the previous one.
In cases where two characters share a name, I refer to them as Alpha and Beta respectively. An example would be with the bots in season 13 of mst3k, with me using Alpha when referring to Jonah’s bots, and
Beta for Emily’s bots.

Besides the voices, I love the different expressions. The Saleperson's side of the face always had a rigid mouth while talking, while the Meanie side has a more fluid mouth movement and expressions

Aleks Le sounds absolutely amazing, but I’m in utter awe at how Nola Klop tone switches between a more growly voice and a lighter tone. Also the androgyny, fits ENA so well. Huge props to Nola!! so excited to see meanie through Dream BBQ!!

This is how you make a change to a character and still have it be in tune to the character. While it's sad the old voices won't be used, the new voices are spot on and represent the character well.

I like how different emotions have different voices. Cheerful sounds different from Drunk. Sad sounds different from Broken (Grey). And now we're introduced to Persuasive and Meanie ENA. I bet the other 2 ENA have their own VAs as well!

Pretty sure those 2 are the same ENA with the red/white face. This ENA is like the blue/yellow ENA. Multiple sides of the same person with multiple appearances and voices. The bit of voice acting here synches that for me as well.
these fit so well. they still sound like they’re “ENA” while still being new and unique voices. i do hope we’ll see happy and sad ENA sometime again since they’re the ogs, but i’m not complaining with these new ones, they’re literally so great

I love how the status quo constantly changes when it comes to ENA. The weird nature of the whole thing is what drew in most of us into it, so it's actually kind of a relief that it's comfortable with the concept of change, not truly letting us get familiar now that the shorts are atleast a few years old.

I love the old ena but I also really love this one aswell. The colors,character design and voices are fantastic! The colors don’t match well but in a way they do and that’s what makes it so cool and fun. I’m really excited for this! Keep up the good work ☺️
