November of 2024, trying to do this glitch and I can say the telescope glitch is PATCHED preventing you from doing this glitch, If you have the STETHOSCOPE on the saved outfit with the peach vest on, it will not transfer the gas mask to it because of the (stethoscope) piece. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYMORE.

It seems the thumbnail is a clickbait because you cannot equip the utility vest with that black long sleeve shirt therefore you cannot have both the stethoscope and belt on it at the same time.
