Love the routine brotha. The squats with the single dumbbell is called a goblet squat, zercher squats is some insane shit where you keep the barbell on your forearms. Crazy hard. Keep at it man can’t wait to see the next fight camp blogs and training vids.🤙🏼
I still keep asking myself the question, why Brandon is recommending elevated heels whilst doing KB deadlifts and kb squats? If you haven't got any achilles tendon problems and/or hamstrings strength differences there is no need to elevate the heels. You have to keep in mind that though that your heels already are lifted up because of wearing cushioned shoes. Especially if you get older I would take full advantage of doing squats with the highest possible range of motion of every part of the body. Tendons, ligaments and of course muscles. Would be great to get a feedback on that. Love your content and recently thinking about getting into the red-light therapy thing. Cheers from Germany!

I’m getting in shape this year, I’m doing 3 hours of walking everyday, just finished day 23 and I feel great, also been taking ebsom salt baths for about 30 minutes 2-3 days a week also some rubber band stretching mixed in, I’d like to know more about the significance of the red light mate in the morning mate
