To anyone that sees this and has bad sleeping issues. Sleepy tea is the sauce, I had awful insomnia stemming from deployment and ever since I incorporated sleepy tea into my nightly habits my sleep quality has gone up so much.
That doesn’t work for me but I hope it helps Someone else. Was awake for hours despite drinking sleepy tea, not sure if I was supposed to have more if it didn’t sork

When me and the woman are feeling frisky we might even hit the 3 year old with a melatonin gummy and go to pound town. Then I mindlessly scroll my phone and enjoy every second of a quiet house when no one needs/wants anything from me just for a few hours. Wouldnt trade it for the world. Man, i gotta get back to the gym
I definitely needed this shit. Have had a horrible lifestyle the past few years. Staying up late, partying too much, drinking too much, not eating great and not working out as much as I’ve wanted. This has definitely motivated me to get back into a healthier rhythm. Thank you🙏
The hot tub is definitely putting in work, even without the cold plunge after getting out, the hot tub will drop your core body temp letting you reach a cool body temp to help fall asleep quicker and stay asleep - Same can be done with a hot bath or shower for anyone that doesn't have access to a hot tub

I used to throw parties at my place and I made each room a different color. Really helped with the vibes. Red room, blue room, yellow room, green room, black light. It was fun. I'm big on no more cell phone or light polution after 9pm. Super dark bedroom with a book on a timer so I have something to listen to as I fall asleep. Works fantastic
I did a full tear on my archillie 2023 Good Friday playing basket ball. It sucked but I was way ahead of schedule compared to what my dr said. Peptides /sarms helped me get back up and moving. Once I could start stretching and strengthening it then things just started moving fast. I’m sure you got great dr’s compared to my ontario ones lol. Wish the best to u and family.
I can confirm that the sleep tea is amazing. The one I use just feels so good when you take a sip. It's hard to explain in words, but I just have it with honey and some cold filtered water, so it's hot but drinkable, and I find that it is the perfect mix. That slight increase in body temperature is good for sleep, too.

I just gotta get some gaming in after work/ gym.. 11pm- 2am flies by so damn quick I hate it… that’s my main issue… night time is my only time to smoke and chill by myself.. I would also install some dimmers or lamps around the house to create some ambient lighting. Instead of the harsh LED ceiling lights that are all around house.

I have taken steps to get better at this but really was interested in what you and Suga have said about meditation being a game changer for you both. I dont know if it would work, but would love to see a video of you going through what you and Sean do when it comes to the mental side of the game and mindset, and what one of your guys meditation sessions might look like/what you do during them. Tim I just tore my Achilles from a stupid run I decided to do. I was going for time and im in pretty good shape. All of sudden I felt a rip feeling in that area and I was down. I had to hobble home 3.5 miles because I was using a Garmin watch with no phone. Anyway hopefully this bad boy heals soon because im not giving up running.
