    Would love to see some tuning results of this turbo on an ea888 running pump gas.. fingers crossed you have a video planned! How does the bearing system and shaft diameter compare with an is38? Now that I heard the new RS3 isn’t coming to Canada, I might have to juice up the MK7R.

      We will have this soon. Did not take shaft apart to measure but Garrett turbos are quite reliable.

    Bypass valvle It s the same?
    I got dv+ on my is38,can i use It on Garrett?

    with the powermax, only the compressor wheel is larger than the vok is38. and that should make more power, I doubt it

    Still waiting on results... can't decide if I should install my ticking time bomb IS38 on full e85, or run this turbo on pump gas

      We’ve had the results posted. About 40-50whp more than is38. Both on pump and ethanol.

    Do you use adapter for oil hose and water ?

      We use the ones with the kit.

      Yes I recommend using what comes in the kit.

    if you mount the stage1 turbo on an entirely original s3 8v, do you still have to do a reprogramming? or can we mount it and stay with the original program?

      For it to run optimally you should get it tuned.
