@@DontGetDroppedCycling You can do them as a "recovery" ride. Set them to 75% from the get-go and they become much more "enjoyable" ... and you'll still get credit for completing them. I did the whole Zwift academy this way.
That sounds like a recipe to keep getting dropped 🙃
@@DontGetDroppedCycling Not really, if you are doing 3-4 races a week and do these "workouts" as recovery rides in-between it is the races which become the real workouts. For me the problem is mental fatigue when I do these workouts. I can push myself through the Gorby on a good day but I will pay the price and it will take me a good week to get over the mental fatigue. If you want a good workout I'd try the 20km points race on IndieVelo/TP Virtual. Takes place every 2 hours, 35 min past the hour. You will get in 10 hard efforts with little recovery but you are pushed by the other riders which causes much less mental fatigue.

It's called workout pain effect in the settings. It can be turned off.
Lol, I did this one too, but it's absolutely rewarding for your peak power. After that I reached 800+W power in sprints uphill:P

@lolczyslaf They’re adaptive wheels. Kawai has autism so it allows him to keep riding as he grows. Worth it for us!

You need ERG mode.

Do you need this for six 30s intervals??? It just a bit confusing to me. Any race is harder that any of the workouts. As I remember only 1.5 were challenging, and I was unfit doing them. But still - 30s intervals with large rest time - it's just 1/5 of suffering
