I always loved Sandover Village. The music, the scenery, the huts, the people, the oracle. It's just perfect. It's one of my favorite go-to's in video games.

3:04 In Boggy Swamp, once you destroy the final (I think) airship anchor, Samos will contact you via radio and says Jak's uncle will be proud. So that confirms the uncle link I reckon.
Since Jak was just a young boy when he time traveled. And Kiera is almost the same age as Jak. That means that, damn Samos started SMASHING CHEEKS as soon as he could.
I try to do them as often as I can as I'm working on other projects as well as my job, but I'm gonna start making them faster from now on too, without rushing them of course :)
Hot take. The Fisherman broke his own boat because he's terrified of Lurker Sharks. How would he have survived an attack from one? I mean, that's what I would do. 🤷😂
4:03 True dat, they just decided to take the Gta style and combine it with Jak and Daxter. Though the game's sequels are fun, I just feel like it would've gone better if they just stuck to what the Precursor Legacy was and build a TRUE story from there instead of just throwing it into a future era with guns and high tech. That's why I LOVE the Precursor Legacy, the areas there are so unique and vast, like there's something MORE out there. Which is why I kinda hope for a reboot so that they could avoid the gta style antics that they played around with
I agree 100%, I feel the exact same way and hope that if they ever do a remake trilogy, that they stick with the timeline of TPL and expand on the world, lore and mechanics that we love so much 😁

@@alexaa8572 probably a tonne of legalities, and it's very niche so there wouldn't be a tonne of people who'd support it I'd say :/ The closest we could come to it would be a mod for the PS2 emulator or something like some Gamecube games have!

One of the cosiest hubs for sure, few other games had hubs that felt like home in the way Sandover did 😌
