    I am a huge fan of HIIT (high intensity interval training) because you can get a lot done QUICKLY and if you stick to the plan the results are practically guaranteed.     I'm not a mom yet, but as a 32 year old woman with a full life, this video is so helpful and generous. I really have to prioritize sustainability, and that means fitness looks different in different seasons. The important thing is to keeo showing up for myself. Your lack of excuses and matter of fact approach to things is so refreshing Vaughn. ❤️❤️

    If I could like this 10 times I would. Heard a lot of things that I needed to be reminded of. I am currently almost 10 months postpartum and really want to get this fat off of my body. Thank you Vaughn this was very much needed.

    You are such an inspiration Vaughn. I love the word you gave at the beginning of the video on how society tries to tell women to accept their new bodies. And I agree with you. I think woman can get so enthralled with motherhood that they put themselves on the back burner and their fitness suffers. It’s a way to prioritize yourself and women shouldn’t apologize for that.

    there is a youtuber named naka she has a channel with her husband Dom and she is really struggling with loosing the baby weight. I hope she sees this video. This video inspired me and i dont have kids or a weight concern but i am older and want to be healthy and strong. thank you for your time and content

      I wouldn’t say this is for Naka….maybe general takeaways but the age difference and the fact she is on her second baby makes it different. A lot of health journeys can get started with paying attention to what you eat. People “forget” what they eat.

    Love this, Vaughn! A note to the nursing mama's, our bodies are already burning calories producing milk and from my experience, the fat melted off when I added exercise. Plus my supply increased. I proudly nursed my oldest for 1.5 years and currently nursing my second who's almost 2. Exercise helps!

    Hi, im in my 50's and started to feel old. I started stretching 20 minutes a day and it has made a world if difference. The mobility is better and also it tones the body. I still walk alot. You are definitely an inspiration

    This was such a great video. I’m not a mom but I’m 43 going on 44, and started my wellness journey two months ago and my weight loss (focus on losing weight) journey last week. And I’m just giving myself grace as I go while continuing to learn and adapt. The goal is a sustainable lifestyle change for me. Thanks for sharing your journey and tips 🙏💪🏾

    Thank you so much for sharing. Due to my health and those large scale numbers I've started a simple exercise routine of a 20 minutes ride on a stationary bike at home 5x a week.

    This is so helpful. I have not had a baby in 25 years😂, but I love the realness and how you constantly keep saying (para phrasing) WHAT YOU EAT! IN SO MANY WORDS. YOU look FABULOUS ! WELP YOU ARE MY MOTIVATION.I am a 50 year old woman and i stay at it. Walk, weight training, jump rope. I fight everyday to keep myself moving. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO. LOVE YA!

    Thank you! Let me say this was much needed to hear through the noise of getting fit. This video was truly what I needed to hear to redirect my focus. I needed to know my WHY.

    You seem to be giving us your authentic self in this video. I can tell that this is the real you. And you had a great point about counting calories. I do count calories for a couple weeks initially (whenever I need to restart my fitness journey), and after that, I kind of just make a mental rough guestimate of what each meal includes.     I started working out consistently last year after my 45th bday because I didn’t like how I felt.     First thing first, THANK YOU for sharing this with me (us) as I am working hard to get back to my pre-baby weight, (he’s 6 😮) you simply giving your perspective which in turn is pretty much where I am, was EVERYTHING!!!
    I know that diet is everything and for the most part I’m good with it. However, separating myself from those who are not apart of this lifestyle and want to eat and drink whatever is not what I need in order to reach my goals! I needed that reminder!     This was really helpful and enjoyable. I recently, as of 5 months ago, began doing aerobics with my daughter's encouragement. I am 50 now, a former collegiate athlete, who was wanting to pursue fitness but only wanting....now my entire household: hubby, 2 adult children and one teen, do aerobics together.     Vaughn! This was AMAZING. As a woman over 40, this was it. So real, honest and raw. My favorite part was "you gotta have space in your refrigerator for all of that stuff anyway." 😆 I like the idea of making it a routine. We show up for everything else, we need to count it not robbery to show up for ourselves!! Thank you!! 🫶🏾

    Great vid, Vaughn! Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat by volume. You might already be back to your pre preg weight but your body comp is different! Either way great job mama. Definitely inspiring! My babe is 6 months but not consistent with workouts and self-care just yet.
