Absolutely, especially in the beginning your mind just gravitates towards the potential negative outcomes. The more experienced you become the more those thoughts become fuel and guide you to victory as long as you did your pre-fight preparation properly!
My problem is slower at counter punching
Thank you for these videos my man. I want to be a boxer in the naval academy and I want to be the best of the best. Every day I shadow box and think about boxing. I might not have the skill yet but I have the drive.
Thanks coach. I got my first fight in exactly 2 weeks and my opponent has a lot more experience but I’m not as nervous as I thought I’d be. I’ve only been boxing 6 months so really everyone has more experience then me but I’ve got a great team and I’m confident in our preparation. We’ve been strictly working on defense so that no matter the outcome I’m not taking crazy punishment. You had some great advice!

Does street fights count as experienced. For me to lost my first 50 fights. In all types street fights karate boxing plus juijuistia. APPEARS WHY JUIJUISTIA SEEMS EASIER.

My fight was cancelled at first so I didn‘t train for 3 days and started eating bullshit and wasn‘t focused. But today my Coach told me I got a new opponent for the 9th april. Should I really go for it in your oppinion ?
