I know you've done a few videos lately, but this is the first time you've been om camera in months and it's great to see you back!
I feel like this blue version of the belt should have been introduced earlier in the New Generation Era. Then updated it to the black strap Attitude Era Big Eagle after Stone Cold won it in 1998.
I hope when Cody Rhodes decides to change the look of the current WWE championship he reverts back to this awesome championship.
@@ODD31musicI think Cody wanted to bring the winged eagle belt back but WWE doesn't seem to want to change the current network logo belt design which is annoying.
Love how it has a genuine curve to the plates. Way better then the attitude era black strap belt I have with the flat plates.
The blue strap wwe big belt with the new yet old version of the wwf logo is the BEST world championship belt WWE ever made for company in my opinion. Even above the icon winged eagle belt only because the winged eagle is a smaller scaled belt compared to the classic ic belt and world tag team classic belts. I liked it when they went this route for the world championship to make it seem truly the most important belt it should be recognized as.

I have both this and the Dual Plated Winged Eagle, and I think they’re both the best belts shop offers right now! Not at all upset by either belt! If they start making them all with the quality of this belt we’ll be getting belts way better than the current scratch logo BE!
I can agree, I only have the dual plated winged eagle belt (not both that and this blue big eagle title) and can say it's perfect!

Honestly I've been thinking about getting this one and the Winged Eagle since I have the Undisputed title, some of the best championship titles they have in my opinion
If you're going for the winged eagle, I recommend you getting the dual plated one, it's absolutely amazing!

I saw an ad for the blue big eagle replica when I was watching Smackdown and I immediately wanted it!

I'm gonna have to wait until they can make a scratch logo version of the Big Eagle with this quality. I'd imagine with this one existing now, it's only a matter of time until they update the plates for the other version. Or at least I hope so.

after 24 mini replicas, this was my first big replica. followed by the dual plated winged eagle, undisputed v2, the nxt uk champion belt and the fandu all gold luxe. in spring a njpw v4 will follow :)

IT Gott a little over myself and in August and September i ordered top much :D the Most of the WWE Euro Shop and Just when they Had Up to 30% .. ehhh english Word Missing.. cheaper :D yeah Like the small ones cause they dont Take too much space and Look great as Well. Now i have Them winged Eagle, big Eagle, big gold, UK and undisputed as big belts, waiting for the iwgp v4 and in october i have to!!! Get also the iwgp us and aew Triple b belt :)

@@babayaga1988 really? Last Fall the Mini Spinner was a regular on WWE Euro Shop :/ i have also the Rated r Spinner, but this one was only on the us WWE Shop.

Blue Big Gold is may favorite title (sorry Winged Eagle fans) with the New Generation logo. Cannot stand that the F is not on there.

I was glad when Steve Austin replaced the belt with the smoking skull belt and that’s all I have to say about that.
i forget what austin vhs it was but he said he hated that first version cause , if i remember he was going for a stunner and he said it cut him under the chin which why then he would changed to smoking skulll, then at survivor series 98 would get better version of it

Hey Paul thanks for the amazing video! Like you, I am a huge fan of the Big Eagle title. Back when WWF finally made their switch to WWE, I had purchased a miniature WWE Big Eagle Championship for my daughter. I purchased it from their restaurant when it was open in my hometown of NYC. Anyway, we lost that belt and I’ve been looking to start collecting belts, unfortunately, I really don’t know where to start or which belt I should buy first. Can you give a newbie some advice on which belts are ideal for a new collector to buy? I’m a fan of the hard to find belts, like the WWF belts but I also love the new, current designs so I’m on the fence on where to start.
Thank you that’s kind of you to say. Yes my most important advice if you are new into the hobby is to just stick with official WWE shop belts. There’s thousands of fake belts available on eBay, Amazon, etc but the quality is always so inconsistent and can range from amazing to atrocious. With official WWE Shop you’ll know what you’re getting is good quality and as they’ve started rereleasing belts since around 2018 the quality has been pretty great on every belt.
The Undisputed V2 and the Winged eagle released are particularly good. If you are desperate for the original WWF logos then this does become a little trickier though as official copies of those belts are becoming much harder to come by.
@@PaulMartinBelts thanks for the advice. I have debated buying from WWE shop, but you confirmed my optimism and I will start my collection there. I’ll take a look at your past videos so I can shop wisely for the WWF and NWA versions of their respective belts.

@Paul Martin Belts Hi, I'm a new subscriber, hoping maybe you can answer a question for me? Over the last few years I've been looking at belts but haven't bought one so far. At some point I would like to get the dual plated winged eagle with the black strap & the blue big eagle belt. I hadn't realised WWE had brought out the latter until I saw this video. I can't find either of these belts on the WWE website for the UK, & they're not even marked as "currently unavailable". Do you know if they are discontinued?
During Wrestlemania season a lot of belts sell out on WWE Euroshop and are taken off the site. They normally get new stock deliveries after all the big mania hype dies down so I’d hope they are added back in a few weeks. The Winged Eagle only sold out a few days ago, I’d expect they’d have it back soon.

I love this belt but there's a few problems this belt should of been made in November of 1995 when Bret Hart beat Diesel at Survivor Series 1995 Bret Hart should of been the first one with This Belt when Shawn Michaels beat Bret Hart at WrestleMania 12 this is the Belt that Shawn Michaels should of had at WrestleMania 12 this is a New Generation era belt the Wingled Eagle Belt should of been Done in 1995 that was Vince McMahon only mistake when Shawn Michaels lost to Sid Survivor Series 96 Sid Should of had this Belt than Shawn Michaels should of had the Blue Eagle Belt again at Royal Rumble 97 than Bret Hart should of had it than Sid When Undertaker beat Sid WrestleMania 13 it should of been black strap with Block logo for darkside version than when Bret Hart got it back should of Went back to Blue Than HBK after Austin wins WM14 than it should of been Big Eagle 🦅 scratch logo

It does but only a little. I don’t move mine around too much so the marks are barely noticeable

Its a shame they fucked the globe on this and filled in what should be a section of blue 'water' with gold, totally misshaping the North American continent. Makes it unbuyable for me (is that a word?)...
