  • Do the XP-series lights from Coast have better features than Streamlight? Maybe a better warranty procedure? Or maybe much better pricing? How about ALL that?!?
I walk you through all the features and specs of this awesome lineup.

Awesome review . The best quality is the lifetime warranty . Coast is leading the way in that area

I have the XP18R and the XP9R. Both brand new in the box. I gave my dad an XP9R and he uses it almost daily. Really happy with Coast I have had to warranty a few I just did a warranty today with them actually. I also have a Nebo davinci 3500 that I haven't used and a Nebo pen light. The pen light on/off button is really hard to push and a pain to deal with. I like an easy on/off switch.

Thanks to you I use the XP9R and really like it. Quality is great and charging is so simple. You gave great advice, I'm sure you give equally great advice to your regular customers too.

With penlights, I prefer a Coast to a Streamlight. I like the build quality, the reliability, and of course the value.
FWIW, at work, we use high-pressure sodium lights - about 145,000 lumens a pop. They're bright, but more importantly, they offer quite a bit of intensity. That's what we're looking for. For personal use, I carry a little rechargeable Olight set to 15 lumens. That's what I need for the most part on a daily basis. It'll throw 90 lumens, too, which isn't used often.

We should attach an elastic strap to one of those sodium lights and market it as a headlamp.

Do they come with charge cable for the battery? How much are those batteries compared to the other style lithium batteries that can be used in it.

Yes they do. I covered that at 10:00, 14:32. You'll have to price out batteries for your preferred brand.

how strong is the 🧲 on the headlamps

They don't publish a weight rating for the magnets. They are strong enough to hold the light.
