    It all depends on health. My cousin brother who retired as Indian Railway Station master is 100 years old and still living he never did any excercise.My issue is I am too very simple a person at 80 can sleep in a village house veranda blissfully minus mosquito bites though Iam not a poor man. My health is fantastic that I run 100 meter sprint at national level The full credit goes to BSF which squeezed me left right and center at very high altitude for 8 long winters.A punishment posting for many. Contrary to all this when I was arguing a very rational point in one of the Hindu famous Ashram at Rishikesh with a North Indian Professor Emeritus of USA PhD and a citizen of US the latter scorned at me BSF wallah " Khahan agaya yar " but little did he know that I was also teaching philosophy in USA; and 5:23 leaving the Ashram wondering perhaps Sakarachariya was wrong . Please draw any lesson you want out of this anecdote. Peace of mind for old people come in many ways and that brings infinite happiness .
