    Another question about spark replacement.
    I have never done this job alone, ever.
    I'm afraid to break the ceramic part of the candle. Is that hard to do? Thanks.

      @aaanton11  4 роки тому +1

      keep the socket straight and you will be fine, its hard to break a plug, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠

    Hello.
    I have one question about sparks.
    I try to change old sparks whit new but new its longer(same as on video) from oldest.
    Which are original sparks ??

    • @aaanton11
      @aaanton11  6 років тому

      The spark plugs should be the same size as the old ones, the electrode will be worn on the old ones but the threads should all be the same 👍🏻👍🏻

      On my c1, the original ones are : denso k20 HR U1. (It's from 2006). Cheers

    Just bought some denso plugs for my c1, the plug gap on them wasn't pre set. They were 40 thou.. I had to gap them myself to, 27 thou. I also thought all plugs were pre set these days.

    That's some great info, but what about reused plugs? For example, I inspected the spark plugs on a car I bought and they looked really good, but when I put them back in there is no play because the crash gaskets are already crushed, but now I don't know if they too tight or not tight enough and I'm worried it might damage the engine. Any idea?

    • @aaanton11
      @aaanton11  7 років тому

      As long as they are tight you will be okay, you don’t have to wind them in really tight just nip them up 👍🏻👍🏻

      aaanton11 thanks so much for replying! So not use all my force, just close it firmly? Subscribed!

    Somebody said to me there's no point changing spark plugs on modern cars, how true is that?

    • @aaanton11
      @aaanton11  5 років тому +2

      Not true, if they wear it can damage the coil packs, worth checking, thanks for the great comments 👍🏻👍🏻🛠
