We have a Thin Q washer and drier and these are disappointing machines who's only smart feature is collecting your data, remote start, and letting you know on your phone they are complete; that's it. They don't use enough water and there is no way to increase the amount used like you could on their older models. How do I know it doesn't use enough? Because the clothes still have dry spots on them! How about their smart driers? You would think a smart drier could sense the humidity properly and increase dry time as needed. Well, it does adjust time, but I frequently have to add more time because they aren't fully dry. I dries correctly about 2/3 of the time, but I wouldn't call this a success. How about adding more time? Well, adding more time does away with the Energy Saving feature. What? There is no reason why certain combinations can be used. These machines are poorly programmed. The layout is a joke. Turn on the remote feature on the left side of the machine so a light is enabled on the top-right side of the machine. Brilliant! Why not enable a light at the button? I have determined these are the same dumb machines that we used use, except they don't work as good. The only thing smart about them is the overly intrusive app that takes insane amounts of your personnel information and sends it back to corporate.

How about, the machines are not well designed. I bought a tower thin q, and I'm having to redo my laundry, and add extra detergent to get the clothes clean. I had an old HE Frigidaire that worked much better. The machine has been a headache and waste of money. Should have just repaired my old washer than getting this pile of garbage.

I’ve used very little detergent and wash those items on delicate, and yet blankets and clothing still come out really stiff. We’ve had this tower less than a month. Can you please help?
