Pork legs 2 pcs.
Garlic 1 pc.
Onion 1 piece
Carrots 2 pcs.
Celery sticks 2 pcs.
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
Black peppercorns 1 tsp.
Bay leaf 2-3 pcs.
Black tea 2 tsp.
Soy sauce 100 ml.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 3 hours.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Garlic 2 cloves.
Broth 100-150 ml.
6 slices of bread.
Butter 20 gr.
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C until golden brown.
Boiled eggs 2 pcs.
Processed cheese 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 pc.
Parsley 1 bunch.
Garlic 2-3 cloves.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste.
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.

Pork (brisket) 1 kg.
Garlic 3 cloves.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Basil 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Peel onion.
Potato 5 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Vegetable fat
Mushrooms 200 gr.
Butter 1 tsp
Salty cream cheese.
Parmesan 30 gr.

Beef (neck) 800 gr.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.h. l.
A mixture of peppers and dry garlic 1.5 tsp.
Mustard 1.5 tsp
1 egg.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Onion 1 pc.
Salted (pickled cucumbers) 2 pcs.
Water 300 ml.
Young cabbage 300 gr.
Cucumber 1 pc.
Radish 100 gr.
Tomato 1 pc.
Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
Dill and parsley.
Salt 1/3 tsp.
Mustard 1/3 tsp.
Natural white yogurt 1.5 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Hot peppers (to taste).
Garlic 2 cloves.
