    Just cooked this and I have to say it was very very delicious.
    The simplicity of the recipe and the delicious flavour was well worth it and I’m sure the base gravy would work well with eggs as well.

    Thank you @Chetna for this lovely recipe. It is so tasty. I also used your recipe to make my own paneer. But my paneer crumbled😣 What did I do wrong? I heard I hav to fry the paneer cubes first? What do I need to do to keep the cubes? Thanks for sharing. Love your recipes ♥️

      Yes you can fry but at the same time if you are making paneer at home then make sure that you let it set in the fridge for few hours or atleast overnight.

    Looks delicious. I live in a dorm and a blender is hard to find, so I'll probably use store-bought pureed tomatoes. Can't wait to try it!!
    I made Bhurji in your style last week, and it was such a quick non-fussy and light recipe! Was yum!!

    YES!!!
    sometimes I add heavy cream to this dish, but I always add a tiny bit of sugar to any tomato based sauce to balance the flavors. This is definitely one of my very favorite Indian dishes and your recipe is so easy to follow and tasty!

    Tomate : cebolla : garlic :
    Cumin seeds , purée sauce - I teaspoon salt turmeric, chili powder, garam masala , 1 tablespoon coriander powder .
    Panner peas sugar - salt to taste 👅

    I use haloumi instead of paneer, it seems to have a similar structure and it does not melt when heated up. I am just too lazy to make my own cheese :)

    A lot of the time my curries are watery :( what's the best way to thicken it?

      well you might want to see how much water you are adding, reduce thatfirst

    Hi my dear, I have a question what kind of cheese do you use is it white cheese which ofteb comes in a saltwater? Cause doesnt it melt in the hot sauce?

      No this is not white cheese, this is Indian cheese called 'paneer'. you can buy it in shops or make it yourself at home. You can find the video of how to make it on my channel.

    I love that you use oil so sparingly unlike most Indians who just soak the gravy in ghee or oil.

      Yes you can, do you have a grater? you can use grated onions and ginger, garlic and the use will be a bit thicker but still taste amazing, do try!

    Why don't you bloom the spices in the oil before you add the curry in the pan?

    I always thought you had to fry off spices to bring out their flavour and take away their rawness before adding but your recipe adds them simply sprinkled into the sauce why is that?
