In this game when you pressure the turks you can juggle them into the air and do combos. Certain synergy abilities let tifa kick enemies into the air and combo. Cloud can combo you into the air by dodging and holding square immediately after dodging.
Here is how missable character dialogues work: every time you enter a new town and your party splits up, you can find each character around town and they will have unique dialogues.
The side quests are where you get interactions with your party and getting to know them. You’ll get a feel of which mini games aren’t worth doing is later regions.
Oooh, I've got catching up to do! Excited for this 😍🙏 A random small tip is adding "blind playthrough", "rebirth blind play" and such to the tags of the video, or even title, to catch the ppl looking for original experiences to vibe with 😊. I often search like that~
Don’t know who told you to skip side quests and stuff. They are so good in rebirth. Do it all. It’s how get the better materia and so much more. The world is so cool and huge. Enjoy it.
It’s mixed. I think the point is a lot of people got burned out trying to do everything or just don’t have the time to put 150 hours into a game. Personally I enjoy doing everything but I’m a FF nerd and perfectionist.
2:50 A few seconds later, Aerith mentions Cloud's asking price as being the same as, "Her standard course." Aerith is referring to the pricing on Madaam Mrs hand massage, from Remake. 😂😂 That's why Cloud quickly tries to change the subject and no longer insists on receiving a fee to lead them through the mines. Aerith isn't always sunshine and rainbows LOL What a snarky comeback.
Ah yes, the Mithril caves. In the original, every time I past through this part, I made it a habit to grind out all my characters and get all their limit breaks
Def keep trying on Queens Blood bro, i had so many trials and errors with it in the beginning but there's so much great content in the Queens Blood side quests
I'd say do as much as you can because there's a lot of character development in side quests. 90% of them are solidly enjoyable. Feel it out man you'll know yourself when you want to progress the main story.
I would recommend quickly doing the chadley vr fights that are green color. They are super free and you get rewards. Keep up the content I wish you the best
Just wanted to say that I had never seen your stuff before until you uploaded your 1st rebirth reaction. Since that, I have been making my way through all of your FF7 remake videos! Love your authenticity and you sharing the journey you’re going on with us. It’s been a welcome escape from my day to day life. I really hope more people subscribe to your channel. You’re a great guy and I really enjoy seeing you experience the game. Wishing you all the best from Manchester, England.
Fazo Legend🔥 another fire episode bro i watch every part start to finish🙏🏽 just play the game at your own pace so dont feel forced to do all the side quests because there are A LOT. The main story will only get better 🔥‼️
Ayy, another Rebirth episode! Time to put off my responsibilities. Nah jk. All seriousness always good to see more from you, Fazo. Quick little tip: you can actually find every weapon in the game in a chest somewhere. Though if you miss any you can purchase them in a shop. All the best man
The summons definitely push you and make you a better player. Take advantage of weakening them by analyzing the summon crystals in the region. It makes a huge difference. You're definitely at the right level
The only thing you can miss is in town dialogues with party members. Theres a relationship score that affects certain things in the game. Since you only did Aerith in Kalm, she is going to be ahead of everyone from this point on so when you get to the new town (under Junon) maybe just skip her conversation for that town? You can always come back and do sidequests/side content later so don't stress if you skip those or miss them.
Yeah, about aerial combat, if you roll and then hold down attack, you'll fly up to engage in aerial combat. You can stay up as long as you keep attacking, using abilities that work in the air (see their descriptions), or dodge in air. It's... pretty sick. Let's Go!
Btw, I forgot, that's how cloud does it. Other learned folio abilities will throw others like Tifa up to a target when you get them. Yuffie can get up on her own with retrieve too. If I'm wrong or forgot more, lemme know!
Love these vids bro keep it up! I mentioned the auto pick up materials setting before but I guess it’s only available after you beat the story (my bad I didn’t know that)
Red is a damn beast in this game, the vengeance mode ability he has on triangle is a must. Basically you can block, and it fills up. When you’re in vengeance mode he’s much faster and stronger, and his attacks make the stagger meter go up way faster. He’s actually probably my favorite new character to play as in this game. He’s a beast, literally. LOL.
HP Ups are definitely a good investment. Rule of thumb, one for every character. MP Ups too since you like to Cure. Save your money when it comes to weapons, you can just find them if you look around, though there's a few where you'll need to get a high score in certain minigames. Wind spells pull small enemies toward you. Great for crowd control.
You can switch ur party preset on the fly by just clicking X button and at the bottom right it will show the party members and by clicking L1 and R1 u can switch instead of always going into the menu
@@Fazolive the menu itself is where u actually the presets. So u can mix and match whenever u want in the menu, and switch between by doing the whole L1 R1 thing
Regarding the setting for picking up items automatically, unfortunately you can only get that after beating the game. Not sure why they chose to do it that way… I’m actually replaying Rebirth (new save file) to take a break from my hard mode run (just one chapter left!) and the auto item pickup is definitely a feature I miss 😢
1:20:30 Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can get an auto-loot option until you've completed the game. I don't know why they decided to do that.
Im not sure if you picked up on this already. Chadley told you that deity shrines for each region helps him to help you weaken that region's delty. So if you want to weaken Titan, you need to visit 2 more shrines in the grasslands. Once you unlock the level with 3 stars , that is the weakest Titan. The game doesn't expect you to take on Titan so early in the game oe to ridiculously level up. It wants you to unlock the shrines so you can get the summon easy. However, since the game will allow you to eventually get back to the grasslands without going through the mines, there may be a point you can do full might. But currently the game doesn't expect that out of you. That's wht it allows you to unlock the weakest version first by visiting shrines and when you getting close to a certain point, you can take on Titan or whomever at full might.
The side content opens up opportunity for hidden resources, unique fighting challenges that offer unique rewards, and the opportunity to weaken the summons to more easily acquire them, the side quests offer character development and unique dialogue between the crew. the events offer a different view of the story. If you just focus on the main story only you blitz too quickly through the content and miss some good things through the side quests and side content. You enjoy the combat so if I were you I would do as much as you want to.
Elena is here. Simba came to bless us with his presence. 2:54 Aerith was talking about the hand massage lol Edit: Reno’s Japanese voice actor passed away after battling cancer just 5 days after remake released.
I think the summon fights adjust to your level in the sim. So if you want to beat them on the higher difficulties without weakening them all the way, you'll have to actually learn the best moves for them & prepare your setup for the fight, you can't overlevel & cheese them.
Daily Combat tip: When enemy's are pressured use: Cloud - Focused Thrust (buster Sword) Tifa - Focused Strike Barret - Focused Shot (Gatling Gun) OR Bonus Round + basic attacks. Aerith - Enemy's elemental Weaknes Red - Basic Square attacks in Vengence mode. I'm gonna post one every vid. Use them if you want to, otherwise do your thing. But exploiting this game's mechanics is so damn satisfying.
30-hour episodes sound great! But seriously, don't think I found that materia on the island, and I'm a completionist who spends hours and hours searching everything :D
UA-cam didn't write my other message correctly 3 stars is the weakest Titan. I put 3 stars and it only showed 1 star like this *. I don't know why So again, if it has 3 stars next to Titans might, that's the weakest version.
I don't want to backseat too much, but for combat, I think you should switch characters a bit more and use thheir abilities to maximise the use of synergies, because that's where the combat really shines in this opus. But I still love the playthrough, and you're doing good!!!
Agree. And there are multiple endings for a lot of these questes depending on how you perform or what choice you make. Some side questes paths are really funny. They did a great job on Rebirth side content, for the most part, quite surprising considering how much side stuff there is.
You're doing a great job on your playthrough so far man! Keep it up Also I would agree with what others have been saying. You can skip some of Chadley's world intel missions if you want. There are only 2 things in my opinion that are worth doing: The green side quests which help you build relationships with your party, which increases your affinity with them. (Think optional scenes later on with whoever has the highest affinity) And then the protorelic quests (which are world intels with a red outline around them) I say those two quest types will give you the best experience in Rebirth, but of course it's up to you how much you wanna do!
Is the World Intel Important? No. But some of it's awesome. Secret Boss fights and the Protorelic storyline. doing the fights makes other combat sim fights available for better materia. If you want elemental materia, you gonna need to do some of the world intel fights. Unlocks folio stuff. So I'd say do it, but it's as optional as it comes. And the Longer the episodes the better! I'd watch you stroll through the Grasslands for hours, man. 😀
Great video broski! But you have to get more comfortable swapping between characters. This game depends on it. One because synergy skills/abilities cannot be performed without each characters using atb. Also because this game is EXTREMELY long. And spamming cloud is extremely boring to watch. I have dropped most letsplays because people are usually new to gaming in general and are overwhelmed and unable to manage multiple characters. So seeing cloud only attack is boring.
Why would you listen to people telling you not to do Chadley’s intel? They are challenging fun battles! Try it! They get really hard but soooo fun and you need to level up!!
Sorry for the wait yall but here yall goo!! Enjoy ❤
In this game when you pressure the turks you can juggle them into the air and do combos. Certain synergy abilities let tifa kick enemies into the air and combo.
Cloud can combo you into the air by dodging and holding square immediately after dodging.
Always a pleasure to have you back.

When aerith talks about the standard course she’s taking about Madame m’s hand massage haha

Awesome, you changed the smoke alarm battery. Now i can enjoy the rest of the rest of the playthru. Good work, keep it up!
Don’t know who told you to skip side quests and stuff. They are so good in rebirth. Do it all. It’s how get the better materia and so much more. The world is so cool and huge. Enjoy it.
💯
I think they just wanna see his reactions to all the great story bits but they're nerfing him in the process
Yeah. Not to mention how much SP and EXP and items you get. He seems like he will do everything in the end.
It’s mixed. I think the point is a lot of people got burned out trying to do everything or just don’t have the time to put 150 hours into a game. Personally I enjoy doing everything but I’m a FF nerd and perfectionist.

What a snarky comeback.
Aerith is a street smart snarky girl who grew up in the slums and kept her heart of gold and I love it.
Red is so much fun and Stardust Ray is super dope. Glad you’re enjoying
yessirr hope your enjoying the game so far my guy
Definitely is!!

"This game knows how to make everything look cool" - my words exactly 😁 Great episode, like always! Thanks! Also always great to see your cat 😺
If you press the touch pad when doing Materia make it easier to which around also Tifa is the best do all her side quest
I'd say do as much as you can because there's a lot of character development in side quests. 90% of them are solidly enjoyable. Feel it out man you'll know yourself when you want to progress the main story.
"Barret might be left handed" uhh, yeah I don't think he has much choice 😂

The music in the Mythril Mines is absolute 🔥 🔥 🔥 It’s very faithful to the OGs music at that point of the game. So good!!!

Underrated Char, stardust ray alone clears the game
Red is SO much fun to play, him & Yuffie definitely my favourites
Glad your going back to do a few side quests . Definatlry reccomend at least the green 1s if you want to get your folios and party relationships up

keep an eye out for the purple boxes. if i remember correctly you can find all the weapons in chests and don’t have to buy them from the shops

Yes 🥲
