Beef Minch meat - 800g
Garlic
Spring onion
Fresh coriander
Salt - 2tsp
Egg - 1
Allspice / Garam masala - 2tsp
Dry coriander - 2tsp
Red chili powder - 2tsp
Black pepper - 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 4tbsp

Those look amazing and tasty Debbie I’m going to try them this week do you have to freeze them before cooking or can they be done from freshly made ? Just asking because my mince is in the freezer so can’t thaw it then re freeze it uncooked ? Thank you , Amanda xx💞
