Ingredients
1 kg 250gram beef boneless meat or mutton
1½ tbsp coriander seeds
1½ tbsp cumin seeds
1½ tsp black pepper
7-8 red chillies
5-6 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
4-5 cloves
4-5 cineman stick
2 bay leaves
1½ cup chana dal ( soak 10 minutes)
20-25 garlic cloves
2 tbsp ginger sliced or crushed
2 medium size onion sliced
1 tbsp salt or as to taste
3 cup water or as required
4-5 green chilli crushed
1 hand full coriander leaves chopped
2-3 tbsp mint leaves chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp chaat masala powder
